“I purchased a battery that was to be installed between 1 - 3 on the day of purchase. It was finally installed at around 2 the next day. the chat room assistant first told me it would be installed on the first day within 30 minutes (it was after 3). He never showed up. The second day, I asked when i might expect him at was told between 10 and 11. when he did not arrive I again queried, and was told within the hour. Finally, at 2 o'clock he arrived.”

“The service technician was great, and the installation was very quick. The issue that I had was getting the service completed. I ordered a new car battery for ASAP delivery/installation, which the website says is 2-3 hours. To be fair, it was on a Sunday, so I asked through the chat if it would be completed that day. I was assured that it would be. It was not. After several inquiries, the service technician came the next day, about 24 hours after I placed the order. In this type of situation, I suggest telling customers that installation on the same day is not guaranteed and keeping them informed on the status if it is delayed to the next day. Otherwise, the service and convenience were great.”

“Unfortunately I would not recommend using 1800 Battery if you ever needed a mobile vehicle battery replacement. The technician was very helpful and stated I only needed a jump start not a new battery(Unfortunately I already prepaid for a new battery) I’ve been trying for 3 months to get my refund with no luck.”

“Customer service was quick to answer all my questions, and helped direct me to what I needed. A tech was even able to come the very next morning. Christopher (the tech) was right on time, very knowledgeable and helpful, and was even prepared with a second battery when the first one wasn't enough.”

“Excellent, fast service right from my original phone call through to delivery and installation of my new, hard to find, battery. Gentleman who installed it was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient; a pleasure to deal with. The whole thing took just a few hours. My only complaint is that the total charge was rather high, but what choice does one have when both AAA and my car dealer says it would take weeks to obtain the out of stock battery I need.”
