“They are terrible, brought me the wrong size battery and it was defective. Didn’t even have the right tools. I tried to take it back to AutoZone where they bought it and they told me to call the business that put it in. I went somewhere else and they did a great job. Now they won’t give me a refund. Big expensive lesson. Don’t use them.”

“1-800-Battery came to our van suggested we take the deadc9 mth old battery we have, back to ask about it's warranty. They did NOT PUT A NEW BATTERY IN. THEY CHARGED US $365.35 FOR THE SERVICE CALL & NEW BATTERY. They said their billing dept would contact me for a refund, the service call with tax would be $107,41 & a 257.93 refund They haven't called us yet which makes us very upset! Their billing dept needs to improve their terrible customer service. We're expecting a call tonoow 12/9/22. Because of this issue we would not recommend them to anybody we kbow.”

“One of the worst experiences of my life . 7hours I waited .7 hours of lies. I was told "Paul" was on his way. I called "Paul" , nothing . Eventually he blocked me . The wonderful man who finally showed said that he didn't get the call until late afternoon. I was with a child who is on the spectrum, it was 32' outside. It cost me $200 to tow it home . I would have towed it home at 8:30am.if they had not said they were on their way. We got home at 4:35. SHAME ON 1800batteries!!!!!”

“had service done 11/21/22 for a replacement battery but turns out i didn't need a battery. So I was told I would be reimbursed for the whole battery and i haven't received my reimbursement and it is now 12/8/22 when i was also told it takes 5-10 days to get it back. And also made contact several times and they give you the run around saying they will get on it and nothing has happen yet.”

“Your price was much higher than several auto parts shops I contacted, but those didn't have my battery in stock, or wouldn't install it, so I had to use you. Despite my having told you the car, year and model, your people came first with the wrong batter, and then it took another 90 minutes for them to return with the right one. Your people were otherwise competent and professional.”

“I signed up online with a promise by the website of three hours for delivery and installation of a battery for a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit. That was at 1:30 PM on 12/5/22. At 5:30 PM on 12/5/22 I called customer service because the delivery did not happen. The service agent told me that the assigned technician was out sick and would not deliver the battery that day. I agreed to a 10 AM delivery on 12/6/22. At 11:00 AM on 12/6/22 I called customer service yet again to report that the tech had not yet arrived. The agent told me that the tech was in the field and had my name on his customer list. Sherman Williams arrived at my house at 1:45 PM. Oh, BTW the first customer service agent said I would receive a discount from the agreed upon price. No evidence of a discount has been received.”
