“Wow! I rarely leave reviews. 1-800-battery deserves praise. Woke up to a dead battery at 6a.m. frantically searched through countless mobile service providers before choosing 1-800. The online booking was easy and customer support amazing. Great communication as my order was being processed. Installer knew his craft. Their price was fair too. By noon my new battery was installed. I’ll never use anyone else if it happens to me again. Happy customer!”

“The order never was fulfilled in the time slot I selected. No communication about being delayed or anything. Unreliable service. Very unfortunate because I was stuck with a car needing a battery and had no way to pick one up myself. Was really excited to be able to have one delivered so I could get driving again, but it's shameful that they would provide a service and not follow through or communicate delays. So glad I at least waited in the comfort of my home vs. the side of the road.”

“The service window was 9-11 am. The guy showed up around 2:30 pm. They kept in contact with me but his ETA kept moving up by an hour at a time. He did a good job. I just wish they were more accurate with their service window. I had to cancel work meetings because I was waiting.”

“ok here is my purchase in a nutshell. They did nothing they said they would do. The installer was 4 hours late and he brought his very young daughter with him who was the one who installed my battery. A child installed my battery. They did not test my old battery or the new one. I paid over $300. for this terrible service. i have put in for a refund but so far they have ignored me on there chat site. I will be taking them to court if i don't get a refund. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.”

“I ordered a battery for delivery/installation on Thursday night for a 9am delivery/installation the following morning. I needed an AC Delco AGM battery for my 2018 BMW 530i x-Drive. I received the exact battery I ordered. My technician, a young man by the name of Chris, provided exemplary service from start to finish. I found Chris to be extremely prompt, knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. I would absolutely use this service again and highly recommend. A+++”

“Terrible customer service. I set up an appointment for a 10am-12pm window. At 11 I chatted with someone on their website to check in, since I couldn't view my order status myself because the forgot password link does not work. I was then told that a technician now wouldn't be able to come till after 3 and they were checking to see if they could find a different tech. At 2 I reached back out again to see if they had any luck and their response was "I'll reach out to the tech". I was under the impression they were already doing that. We then settled on them coming out after 5 pm. No call no show all night. We called the next morning and their response was they could not get ahold of the tech so they don't know when he will be out. Absolutely terrible communication. We canceled immediately. Very unprofessional company in my opinion. Would not recommend.”
