“First I was charged $40 over the price of the battery and when I confronted Customer service they made it seem like I didn’t know what I was talking about-then 2 months after that my battery died (was told something drained it) so I was told to pay $100 and if is the battery I would be refunded $50 back-still nothing!! BUT they sent me an email saying refund was sent will take 1-3 business days!! One month later still no refund!! I will never ever use you again”

“Worked for this company for about 6 months and always did good job. However,when it comes time to get paid it’s late, missing wages and now it’s been over a week and no pay and no response. So, I will be making call to Texas labor board and whatever else I have to do.”

“Excellent!! Great Service & Excellent Help! Thank you ... "DRE" from Charlotte North Carolina Above & beyond what we expected. Our car was dead in the driveway after it was towed & jumped . Finally we called 1-800 Battery. A neighbor suggested. OMG.. we had tbe car jumped & happy with I AM HOUR. DRE is professional and knowledgeable and quick, and drove a while to find us. “My scheduled appt for 1/30 didn't happen. My appt for 1/31 for between 11:00 - 1:00 didn't show up until around 4:00. Once technician got here he confirmed my battery needed replaced & car started. Battery was under warrenty & I was told I would pay $50.00. Please adjust amount charged to my account.”

“My car battery died in the synagogue parking lot in the late evening of Sunday, and after some phone calls I had a new, high-end battery Monday 12:30. The technician was great, friendly, smart, expert at his job. Give him a raise!”
