“I've used 1-800-Battery twice and was very pleased with the way it works and the people who came and replaced my batteries. It is a very simple way to take care of a car that has a dead battery that can't be charged.”

“I never knew this service existed and was worried about how I was going to get the car battery changed. So happy with my whole experience. Ordering the battery, setting up the appointment were all so easy and efficient. Kamall, my tech, was so very nice and explained every step he was taking. He was very professional and nice.”

“Ordered battery at 9:30 am didn’t get to house till 6:30 pm but the installer was very polite and knowledgeable. He did a great job with the installation. Would probably use again.”

“It’s frustrating when your battery fails! I reached out to 1-800-Battery and had a new battery installed by a knowledgeable tech before the sun set. I was notified when they were on their way, and was sent tracking information to follow his progress. Christopher was amazing, and quickly tested and discussed next best steps with me. Battery replaced, and took my old one off for recycle. Quick, easy … and done. I couldn’t be more satisfied.”

“Very disappointing experience. The technician was very nice but was sent with a battery that did not fit the car. The tech contacted the "office" and they said the car required a specific OEM battery and Battery.com could not purchase said battery from its suppliers. Therefore, the entire effort was useless and remained with a dead battery. Battery.com refunded the price of the battery but did not refund the trip expense. Since the contract was to replace a battery and they could not provide the proper battery, I would think the entire expense should be negated. Called to ask for full refund and nothing was done to provide customer satisfaction. Not a good way to build a business.”

“I had an appointment between 2 and 4 pm. Driver showed up at 5:45 and called to tell me he was at the car. I told him I was walking over and it was a 10 minute walk. Driver was rude and told me had to leave. I called customer service and asked for a refund, which still has not hit my account.”

“Excellent Service! Same day! Tracking of the mechanic who was on time and very professional. Took him 25 min to replace the battery in my BMW and register it in the cars computer for the same cost of going to the dealer. Maximum Convenience!”

“The technician arrived early which was great. He asked questions about the battery and car. Changed out the battery, and the car started up. Fast and efficient. I would use 1-800-battery again.”

“I didn’t get the mechanics name but he was nice, polite, fast and personable. He explained what work he did and tests he performed. He made recommendations on how to care for my new battery since it was obvious I don’t drive the car that much.. This is a great service for the elderly!! Reasonable prices! Will use again.”
