“The call in was not very good. The rep jalen was courteous and helpful. The first booking had to be cancelled because they couldn’t fulfill the time. The second booking was fine and the serviceman completed the job expertly. His name was Anthony Perez and he was tremendous. An asset for your company.”

“If I could give 1-800-Battery six stars, I would. The company did everything possible to replace my drained-out car battery with the least amount of hassle. The person on the chat line answered all of my questions before I placed my order for a mechanic to come to my home and replace the battery with a new one two hours from the time of my call on a Saturday. I was given a link to be able to follow the mechanic, Ron Real, traveling to my home. He arrived on time and changed the battery quickly and efficiently. The service was not cheap, but it was worth every penny.”

“Adequate battery replacement. Took away the old battery. Service person had not familiarized himself with the replacement procedure in advance. He misplaced parts he took apart. He could have easily looked up the tutorial on youtube before stumbling and bumbling his way through it.”

“The tech was very professional and personable. The battery was swapped out in about 15 mins. Very quick. I was a bit disappointed the window for arrival was changed a couple hours but they did arrive at the new time as agreed.”

“Delivery and installation promised for 10am - noon. Did not arrive until 3pm. No explanation given (other than the meaningless "running late") and no attempt to let me know they'd be late. However once installer arrived he did a quick and professional job. I am just put off by the cavalier attitude of agreeing to a time and then just blowing it off.”

“After waiting 4 hrs, tech arrived, put in battery backwards, had to redo it, the minute he drove away battery light cane on and as i drive to tires plus the car died at the light. When i called customer service they tried to tell me i had an alternator problem, 2 weeks prior i had my car checked bumper to bumper and nothing was wrong with it. The battery installed was a AC delco 47g but my receipt said i paud $289 for Diehard Gold 47H5. They are crooks and liars. I will be contacting my credit card company.”

“was in contact with support at 11 am to schedule someone to come out. scheduled any time between 4-6. at 6pm i called foran update and was on hold for 2 hours with nobody answering the help texts. sub contractor called at 8:00 and came at 9pm.”

“Pricey but worth it. Made it easy to get the battery same day from home, pretty quickly. Communication on timing could have been better (we got the notification the service person was arriving in SEVEN minutes once dispatched). The contractor did the job well, but could have been more professional. He showed up in pajamas.”

“Although I was disappointed that the price was rather high compared to going to a store I found this very convenient. In addition, the arrival and installation were done quickly and I was on my way shortly after the arrival of the installer.”
