“I scheduled a battery change one day before. After the two hour window passed, called them and they had not even scheduled anyone to come. I called 3 times and they lied that someone is on their way. The person arrived three hours after the time window I had scheduled for. I wasted five hours on them plus the aggravation.”

“My experience with 1-800-Battery was great. My installer Reece Smith was great! He had great conversation and educated me on cars and the maintenance. It only took about 20 mins to switch out the battery.”

“The driver was prompt and professional. A little pricey, but because of my stupidity getting me into the situation. I am very pleased and hopefully never have to again but if I was in the same situation, I would call on 1-800- battery again!!”

“Once the actual appointment was set, it was smooth sailing as far as replacement. I selected ASAP on a Saturday and couldn’t get somebody out until 2 days later on Monday.”

“I am satisfied with the battery, it is functional. However, after spending $300 for one battery, I still have not yet received a receipt. Not good business. I suppose I will have to wait……. Rocko Reedy”

“you can’t tell ppl it’s gonna be there between 9-11 am and come at 8. it’s pathetic to give me 30 dollars off when you wasted my whole day as 3.75 an hour. do you pay your employees slave labor wages? exactly.”

“2/5 It's ridiculous that your website allows appointments for times that you don't accept. At 2, I made an appointment for 6 that day. No one contacted me to let me know that the appointment would not be honored. When I called at 7, you kept me on hold for an hour and never answered. That being said, when the appointment was rescheduled it was honored punctually and my car was serviced satisfactorily. So you avoid one star.”
