“This delivery and installation service is great, I rate it 4 stars. If there is any room for improvement I would suggest that if the technician couldn't arrive as scheduled please just send us a simple text message. By the way what was installed in my Honda CRV is new battery or refurbished one. With this in mind I will know how long I can keep the battery. Thank you for your attention.”

“Be Leary of the pricing quoted for installation with this company because the technician comes and immediately says that I’m gonna have to pay another 70+ dollars for “set up” of a Battery. All fees should be expressed up front and not hold us at ransom”

“I was visiting my mom (she’d been in the hospital for several times recently) at her condo in NJ. I was set to return to DE, had the car packed, and goodbyes said. Get in the car, push the starter and nothing. I did a search and saw 1800battery had some good reviews so I figured I’d give them a try. I needed them to install the battery too because everything I had was at home. Michael arrived around 3pm and had the car up and running 40 minutes later. Crisis averted and I was able to make it home with no problems. I would definitely use 1800battery again.”
