“I received in the last few months, several parcels shipped by DHL Express International from Singapore to Europe. Each time, tracking was excellent and delivery incredibly fast. I had to have one of the parcels delivered to a relay point and while giving the information the very day it had to be delivered, it went smoothly.
Very, very good multiple experiences of this service.”
“I was supposed to get a package from Kingston in 1 day. I've been waiting for days and still no package. I made a call, got thru to a lady by the name of Cassan. She was respectable, and very consisten in helping me out. That same day I could collect my package because she looked for it and sent it off.”
“Regular updates on tracking app. Driver contacted me twice to let me know progress and arrange meeting place as our house is difficult to find. The driver was friendly and spot on time. Although the delivery was a day late leaving the UK but probably understandable considering the pandemic.”

“Driver scribbled on paperwork and printed my first name but spelt wrong then pretended I’d signed for the goods they hadn’t in fact delivered. I call that fraud. Deceit at best”
“I was messaged by DHL that the parcel would be delivered between 0943 and 1043. Due to my mobility and effects of the medication I am on I thought I would go upstairs to get ready and be downstairs ready for the delivery and not delay the delivery man. At 0925 I was in the toilet with the side effects working when the doorbell rang. I managed to clean myself up and before I got to my stairlift the doorbell rang again. The stairlift is slow and by the time I got to the front door my parcel was being delivered to my neighbours. As my mobility is reduced I shouted to the delivery man who collected and brought the parcel to me. He rudely said I was wasting his time. I pointed to my stairlift and said they're slow and I couldn't get to the door any quicker. Once again he said I was wasting his time which made me feel bad. What does he expect me to do? Put a sign on the front door saying that I'm slow and have reduced mobility? So much for customer care and consideration be given that the recipient may be disabled or reduced mobility and a little bit more time to answer the door. Or is it that DHL thinks more of parcels/money than people both delivery staff and disabled recipients. Not impressed overall.”
“48 hour delivery promise took 18 days & still not delivered. Keep filling their complaint form on their website & no one ever responds. Can't believe how they can get away with such appalling service & still claim they are good.”
“Hello, I am writing this feedback on behalf of a company. Most of our experience with DHL has been great. However we did face many issues with parcels sent to the Netherlands. We found ourselves in a situation where postcode and even the town had been changed at the local sorting facility. This resulted in a lot of delay for delivery. The sender and the recipients were contacted to give again the initial address (which was the one originally registered for the parcel). Our client (the recipient) also complained a lot about DHL struggling to find her address which is actually easily found on Google maps. Each of the delivery had to be rescheduled for several different reasons including: - difficulty to find address - address assumed to be closed at the time of delivery because it was taken to be a company (when parcel was sent to the client personal address) Overall it wasn't a flawless process. I am writing this feedback as prompted by our client who was dissatisfied with us using DHL as our preferred courier. I hope this can help you improve your service.”

Made little effort to establish if anyone was home on another delivery and left a card despite someone being home (wasting their time with redelivery).
Just a poor service with no thought behind it and careless drivers.”
“Waited a day and a half to receive delivery, DHL offered no time slot for first or second deliveries . Did not receive any specific information from; text,website, live chat, telephone conversations with DHL customer service, or delivery driver. The best DHL could offer was delivery by "End of Day". DHL must realise that working customers can't afford the time, to wait for end of day deliveries This company is way behind in its customer service practices compared to its rivals, would not use them again”
