I send 2 package to France via DHL EXPRESS all paid before, all good, all right and after 1 month from delivery they charge me again $ 65.23 from a other company ( NOT DHL ) in different city ( WHEN MY PACKAGE GO ) and a extra charge for wrong size ( IS NOT THE CASE )”
“Absolutely terrible company, waiting over 3 weeks for a claim for a damaged product. Company does not have any phone numbers to call and you have to wait nearly 24hrs for every little response. Shocking I would definitely avoid seriously do not use. Go direct to proper courier”
“You'd never receive compensation from Parcel Monkey for item delivered damaged. I've opened the claim, proof of damage uploaded, all forms completed and Parcel monkey said that sent me a link which expired and not eligible for compensation. Also they blocked me to contact them by chat. I'll see if they can block me too sending this claim to court. I'll never buy shipping label from them.”

“Customer service is shocking. They advised a collection had been cancelled and would be refunded. This wasn’t done so the courier arrived to pick up the parcel and no refund has been actioned. All messages are now being ignored!”
“I have been in shipping for 25+ years. I know what I am doing. I decided to give these clowns a try. I entered the information exactly as requested and they gave me a price. I agreed to the price.
A week later these thieves charged my card again without my permission, offering no reason other than an invoice stating that there was another charge.
This was NOT what we agreed upon. There were no discrepancies in my shipment.
This company CAN NOT BE TRUSTED.
In my opinion they are criminals which explains why their office in the USA is located in Florida.

Wish I read these first. If your reading this thinking, they will be alright, think carefully, I thought what can go wrong.
Next day parcel took a week to be collected and delivered. No interest in this issue from support.
Tracking is less useful than automated tracking you can get from a courier, if you ask for
Detail they read the courier company’s tracking info to you. Even when it makes no sense.
I will not be using Parcel Monkey again.”
“They are thieves!!!! Took my money and never delivered my item. They didn’t even try to resolve the issue or compensate and never even called me only on chat back and forth! Pretended to be nice and polite but last message was we cannot help you and they don’t answer anymore!!! Their website does not have a UK delivery option it automatically chooses international overseas tab even if you’ve clearly put a UK address with full postcode. My item returned back to me twice!!!! And parcel force kept it at the post office only to force me to take it back so did parcel monkey and rearrange something again!!! They took my £16 and I’m going to hit every review there is about them everywhere to say they are thieves with bad customer service! Never use them!!!!”

“Arranged pick up for today. Got a phone call asking if parcel ready...yes of course...ok we'll pick up tomorrow. !! If the parcel was not ready how in the name of sanity did i get weight and measurements. So 24 hour delivery has automatically gone to 48 hours. Rub..bish”

“Liars..liars..liars...I usually use my local cargo agents which always deliver, but on this occasion I needed to send a parcel urgently, so tried parcel monkey. They gave me an all inclusive price which was on par with my local company & delivery was faster, so thought ‘great’....paid up, got parcel ready, attached all labels and filled in all customs forms and off it went the next day, at this point I was really chuffed. 4 days later the parcel arrived in recipients country only to be refused delivery because they now wanted a further £160 for customs?? What?? I contacted parcel monkey and they responded with ‘ well we can’t help what the couriers & customs charge’ what a scam...I hate this company and request everyone to avoid these fraudsters & cheats! I ended up having to pay the amount as I didn’t want the recipient stressing out further as she’s almost due a baby and these items were a gift for her and her baby!!! AVOID...AVOID...AVOID!!”

“I will never use this joke of a business again. The collection time / date are booked on line (because that's what you know you want). You then have to take a phone call to confirm that you want what you've already told them you want! I missed this call so the collection was cancelled. Re-arranged for 2 days later but not collected. Reason: "it's been taken off the system, don't know why...." 2 days waiting for nothing. What an utter joke of an organisation. Avoid at all costs.”
“I run my own ecommerce business and had to ship 50 parcels weighing 6kg on average and spent over £3500 shipping it all across from the US to the UK. I chose a 4–14 days service. A month later, over 50% are still undelivered.
I would ABSOLUTELY avoid this company at all costs. It is a complete scam and does not deliver in all senses of the phrase and literally! AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.”
