Liars..liars..liars...I usually use my local cargo agents which always deliver, but on this occasion I needed to send a parcel urgently, so tried parcel monkey. They gave me an all inclusive price which was on par with my local company & delivery was faster, so thought ‘great’....paid up, got parcel ready, attached all labels and filled in all customs forms and off it went the next day, at this point I was really chuffed. 4 days later the parcel arrived in recipients country only to be refused delivery because they now wanted a further £160 for customs?? What?? I contacted parcel monkey and they responded with ‘ well we can’t help what the couriers & customs charge’ what a scam...I hate this company and request everyone to avoid these fraudsters & cheats! I ended up having to pay the amount as I didn’t want the recipient stressing out further as she’s almost due a baby and these items were a gift for her and her baby!!! AVOID...AVOID...AVOID!!

AVOID THIS COURIER SERVICE AT ALL COSTS, THEY ADVERTISE AS A CAR PARTS COURIER SO WE DECIDED TO USE THEM, THEY VERY BADLY DAMAGED THE ITEM DURING TRANSIT AND HAVE TAKEN OVER 2 MONTHS TO AVOID HELPING US OUT IN ANYWAY. WE WONT BE USING THIS SERVICE AGAIN AND WE STRONGLY ADVISE YOU AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I will never use this joke of a business again. The collection time / date are booked on line (because that's what you know you want). You then have to take a phone call to confirm that you want what you've already told them you want! I missed this call so the collection was cancelled. Re-arranged for 2 days later but not collected. Reason: "it's been taken off the system, don't know why...." 2 days waiting for nothing. What an utter joke of an organisation. Avoid at all costs.

I run my own ecommerce business and had to ship 50 parcels weighing 6kg on average and spent over £3500 shipping it all across from the US to the UK. I chose a 4–14 days service. A month later, over 50% are still undelivered. I would ABSOLUTELY avoid this company at all costs. It is a complete scam and does not deliver in all senses of the phrase and literally! AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.

I would prefer not to give a star rating as I don’t feel parcel monkey deserve any they are the worst delivery service I have ever used. I felt they had no intention of sending my parcel I paid £46:51 to send it then they wouldn’t deliver back to my address without a cost of a further £19:99. There’s no phone number to contact them they only said there were crisps and sweets so couldn’t send it they would not refund any money, we have never had this problem before when sending parcels to Taiwan so i will be sticking with myHermes who managed to deliver the same parcel with no problem? Sent a parcel to New Zealand and the parcel was returned to . I asked parcel monkey why, still waiting on a reply, they don’t answer e-mails , sent several without reply. I then sent a parcel to the south of England with it well labelled “fragile” yet it was battered about and the item inside damaged. Awful firm, DO NOT USE. I wish I had read these reviews before I used them.

Horrible service. When I got back my package the box was totally torn which they had taped back. I found few of my very new expensive dresses were missing. I have been trying to follow up for over 2 months now and the resolution is still pending. I am frustrated and annoyed beyond words.

I send a single package two months ago with them and charged $20. The package weight and dimensions were correct. Today I just received an e mail stating that my paypal account was charged an additional $16.48. Disputing it through PayPal now and blocked them from using my paypal account. They are deceitful and dishonest and I will never use them again.

I had an awful experience with parcel monkey - I booked the delivery of my parcel on the 6th of April to drop the parcel off with Parcelforce that day and received an email saying that I would receive my label within 30 minutes however the e mail and label were never received - I contacted parcel monkey via their online chat ( as that is the only way to contact them) on four consecutive days trying to find out where my label was and the response I received was that they were having technical issues in issuing labels and that there would be a slight delay - I explained that five days late was not a slight delay and I had no other option but to cancel my order and request a refund - the parcel was a birthday present for my grandson in Canada and the parcel is still here with me - extremely frustrating and disappointing - I would strongly recommend that you do not use this company their customer service is abysmal - They have said I will be refunded in 5 days so here’s hoping -i received no apology or offer of compensation - give them a miss😡🤯😤

Always have issues with this company, book collections and they never turn up. Customer service is appalling and just pass the blame onto the next person.

Invoice: 5968846 Failed to collect item, for next day delivery, state they can rebook, but that's not the point. I paid for this item to be delivered tomorrow( Friday ), now it will be Monday earliest. No offer of a refund, compensation ect. I am paying for next day and getting 4 day service. AVOID THIS COMPANY

They are just careless and chose the worst company internationally. I've sent a parcel through parcel monkey in January 2019 with paid everything. And I know that there's no charges in receiver's country and already cleared from customs without any charges but the local company still demanding money from my recipient which is shameful. Now on the top of that they are saying pay us or we destroy the package.

They are cheap for a reason , they are useless ! Urgent letter had to go to Australia, 3 to 5 days claimed so express service was used. It took 7 days and caused all sorts of problems at the other end. They are totally unable to chase up and expedite a delivery and just keep quoting the current status of where the consignment is, in the system. They obviously just get this from the courier companies website and do nothing to actually resolve the problem. not a good experience, I would have been better off using the Post office!

Used ParcelMonkey as a comparison to send a parcel through DHL. Didn't pickup on the date scheduled or the next day, no contact. Had to contact them who refused to tell me if it was their fault or DHL, but DHL tracking had no record and reschedule involved cancelling and printing a new label, so the fault is clearly with ParcelMonkey. Totally useless, use them for comparisons then go direct, avoid these middle monkeys at all cost.

shocking service, the parcel was picked up by dal the correct day but got lost and then failed delivery then was told my son had to pick up from a site of their choosing the other side of town to find they couldn't even find this site to then lose the parcel again to then me having to track is down and drive 3 hours to get it and then drive 2 hours to deliver it myself and then 5 hours home !!! no refund or apology ...... lies and excuses

My package was delivered with no hassle at a great price! They offer a cheap no frills service, some people forget this when reviewing the overall experience! I'll be using Parcel Monkey again!

I shipped two parcels with Parcel Monkey, both on a next day delivery service. One parcel was picked up a day late and delivered 4 days late. The other parcel was delivered one day late. I contacted Parcel Monkey for a partial refund, and received a template response that said they wouldn't give me a refund as it was not a guaranteed service. While I can accept that things go wrong, and the one package that arrived a day late isn't horrendous, they ignored that I had to wait 2 days for the other package to be picked up (as the driver never collected it on the first day) and that it was delivered 4 days late. What's worse is that they can get a 50% refund from Parcel Force for one of them, and refuse to pass on the refund to me. I will not be using Parcel Monkey again.

🚫🚫DO NOT USE THIS SHIPPING COMPANY🚫🚫 THIS IS DEFINITELY THE LAST TIME I WILL USE THIS DISCUSTING COMPANY AFTER ALREADY HAVING BAD PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WITH THEM!!! I SENT A PACKAGE WHICH WAS LESS THAN 30kg SO IT WAS CORRECT FOR THE SERVICE USED BUT A MISTAKE WAS MADE WITH THE MEASUREMENTS AND WAS ONLY OVER BY NO MORE THAN 10cm AND THEY HAVE TAKEN AN EXTRA £52 FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY AUTHORISATION WHICH IS OUTRAGEOUS!!! THE ITEM I SENT WAS ONLY VALUED AT £60 AND I PAID THE PAYMENT OF £12 TO SEND IT PLUS HAD FEES FROM EBAY AND PAYPAL WHICH TAKES ME OUT OF POCKET BY LOADS... I HAVE BEEN A MEMBER OF PARCEL MONKEY SINCE 2012 AND SPENT THOUSANDS OF WITH THEM WHICH THEY CAN SEE FROM THE HISTORY AND THEY HAVE NOT EVEN TRIED TO COMPROMISE WITH ME AT ALL!!! I WOULD TOTALLY UNDERSTAND IF ANYTHING UPTO £20 EXTRA WAS TAKEN FROM ME BUT £52 IS ABSOLUTELY APPALLING!!! I WILL NOW DO EVERYTHING WITHIN MY RIGHTS AND POWER TO SHAME THIS COMPANY AND STOP OTHER PEOPLE FROM USING THEM AND BEING RIPPED OFF LIKE ME!!!

over charged us. Our parcel had correct size and we weighed it at 25kgs. They sent an email 2 weeks after saying 'the volumetric weight' was different and it was 34.99kgs so charged us more. No way was it that weight but it seems they can dib into your account and take more money without any proof whatsoever. We have photos of said parcel and photos when parcel arrived.Will never use them again.Nice way to earn extra money if you did that to a 1000 customers every week....................
