Absolutely untrustworthy, I put a claim for the item delivered damaged, it has been more then 2 weeks and they have not responded to my claim. There are no Contact numbers to contact them directly. Would advise against using them if you want to risk then be a victim

Sent a signed boxing glove in a small box to the USA The parcel weighed less than 1kg, after delivery I was billed a further £20+ for the parcel being overweight - 10kg!!!! How many boxing gloves weigh 10kg?!! This is the second time this has happened and they immediately take the money from your account unless you have photo proof of the weight AND dimensions of the parcel Absolute scammers that I would definitely avoid at all costs. No customer service number to call and quite honestly they blatantly rob you as they please

Failed to deliver my parcel on the date requested and gave me the run around for a month afterwards rather than refund my delivery cost. They appear utterly unable to deal with any issue on a delivery as a third party agent and DPD (who actually took the parcel) refused to deal with me under the Data Protection Act as I was the sender, not the recipient!! Have now put in a claim for loss of service through Mastercard. Cheap if the parcel gets there, but too dangerous a risk to use again.

Do not use this company. The collection we arranged never happened and got no communication either from the haulier or Parcel Monkey to say the collection would not happen. Took the day off to be home for the collection. Cannot contact Parcel Monkey by phone (only online chat) and they won't contact the haulier - they just offer to reschedule the collection. Can't afford to take another day off and same fiasco happening.

Sent a parcel through parcelmonkey. Parcel force collected my parcel. Supplier not had delivery. Managed to get a parcel force tracking number which shows collected but then they lost it. It doesn't show on my parcel monkey account anything so I'm guessing parcel monkey didn't give parcel force any information and now it's gone astray. It's difficult to point the finger of blame but at least parcel force have spoke to me about it unlike parcel monkey.

God help you if you deal with these people! First red flag should be that they have no telephone number to call in case of an issue! Also, 2 orders I had with them both went horribly wrong! Firstly, an item broken in transit by courier I had to claim for, they need pictures of the damage in order to claim!!! How on earth do you provide that when you sent the parcel that wasn’t broken- you cannot claim without pictures! Also, they claim that couriers who do not arrive, pick up items that never left and do not bother to try to investigate this occurrences! Steer well clear of this company, they literally do not know how to communicate- hence no contact details for them!

Dreadful. Do not use. For en entire month they failed to tell us our parcel was held up because it had a prohibited item in it, then when we eventually discovered what had happened, they refused to resolve the issue. 'Customer services' were slow and unhelpful. In the end we had to spend many days on the phone to the actual courier, Parcel Force, which returned the parcel. We will never use them again, and i'd strongly advise anyone else not to.

Warning !!Do not Use Parcel Monkey book from the provider directly!! My parcel which i insured was never delivered , after month of chasing it arrived all broken and few items missing , very bad customer service !! they takes ages to reply and then just advised : we will not compensate , just like that without any explanation ! BE AWARE !!!

Between Parcel Monkey & DPD Ireland, 12 days for a UK - Eire parcel delivery which is poor, would've been quicker delivering to County Kerry myself. Finally got progress due to tagging both companies on Twitter so social media is progressive. I did get a 30% postage charge refund right enough for the inconvenience and poor service, some of the staff I communicated with via chat facility and Twitter were co-operative in trying to resolve the issue right enough. Re-use of P.M is a consideration right enough but service will have to improve considerably.

OMG this company is bad, I used them for a collection. They never collected, the tracking number provided did not work. They took 3 hrs each time to reply to my emails. Awful experience.

Booked parcel with pm parcel force to deliver it. Parcel force had severly damaged the box and the item. PM states they cant give compansation as I didnt pay for extra cover. If item was damaged but box in tact I would take resposabillty for damage but as pictures sent to parcel monkey clearly show the box looked like it had been thrown around. Holes as big as my hand a one edge of box was virtually destroyed. I went on chat and keep getting fobbed off with an apology and please wait for management to contact me. Im waiting and still waiting......... up date have now been blocked from contacting them in any way....told to wait for management to contact me Not wait a minute whilst we block you. AVOID. REALY DONT CARE....I WILL FIGHT IT. JUST THROUGH PRINCAPLE. SHAME WHEN HAVE TO NOW LOSE MONEY AGAIN TO TAKE THEM TO COURT BUT I WILL BECAUSE THEY HAVE PUT ME OUT OF POCKET

Shocking service so far. Promised a pick up today and paid for next day delivery. Now at 6pm they said its to late today hopefully tomorrow. Ummm..... veey reliable that. Won't be holding my breath. Wish I'd of read these reviews first. Cheeky monkey's

DID NOT DELIVER OUR PARCELS AND REFUSED TO HELP OR REFUND Awful experience. Charged nearly £30 to deliver Important parcels for a research project into Women's health and diabetes at an Oxford hospital. The parcels were not taken to the correct delivery address provided. The recipients telephone number provided in case of problems during delivery was not used. The parcels were simply returned to me. Parcel Monkey then claimed the named recipient had refused delivery. The recipient was eagerly waiting for the parcels and did not see or refuse the delivery. When I sought the help of Parcel Monkey they refused to help in any way, they refused to redeliver and they refused to refund my payment . As there is no Parcel Monkey Customer Service you can actually speak with or a telephone contact number I had to raise the issue by 'chat' who were unhelpful. They said they would 'refer it to management' and could provide no time frame for a response and they refused to answer any other questions. When 'The management' response arrived it was simply an email stating that the issue was not their responsibility. No help, no apology, nothing. "We do not have control of the delivery of the item as this is down to the responsibility of the courier. The service you paid for is complete and therefore we cannot provide you with a refund" Patently ridiculous. Wish I'd used a reputable company that actually provides the service I paid for. Just pray nothing goes wrong I've had a couple of instances now where Parcelmonkey's partner in the US (USPS) have made a complete mess of things. On the first occasion, I was charged an additional £15 for not having properly recorded the parcel dimensions. Having measured them several times, I know 100% that the measurements provided were correct. Upon "investigation", I was quoted measurements that were physically impossible for what I was sending and told that the only way of overturning the charge was to provide photographic evidence of the packaging that I had sent to the other side of the world... I have also had the pleasure of wasting a great deal of time after USPS mismanaged another parcel, lost it in their system before finding and returning it rather than contacting the recipient (whose contact telephone number and address they had). I was expecting compensation, but not a bit of it. Not only are they not compensating me for this failure, but Parcelmonkey are seeking to charge ME to reunite me with a parcel which their partner mismanaged. Like all poor outfits, there's no one you can speak to. God help you if you have to make contact with their customer service agents by email. Every message is answered by a different agent and while the occasional one seems ok, for the most part you get a saccharine reply that ignores the reason you took the time to write and never delivers a solution. It's not that they're rude, it's more that they can't do enough not to help. Parcelmonkey needs to make a lot of changes to how they run customer services as at the moment they've done nothing more than create a blueprint for frustration and dissatisfaction

Would not recommend this company to anyone. They charged us a lot of money for a delivery that never happened. They broke the material in the process and disposed of our parcel. Despite the fact that we paid extra for insurance on their website, they are now offering a ridiculous compensation that barely covers their delivery fees.

DO NOT USE this Company under any circumstances read reviews first! We sent a parcel very well packaged with fragile tape and they still managed to break it, they get you to take out extra insurance then don't compensate as its in their list of items which they don't guarantee! We are now £200 out of pocket. The list is massive i'm surprised there is anything that they are willing to compensate if they damage it!! Make sure you read their Terms and Conditions before you send anything with this rip off company!!

Added an additional charge two months later for a box that was 'incorrectly sized'. The box was a standard size bought from home depot. The measurements were correct. Reported to my bank as fraud. Do not have customer service. 'Live chat' is your only option. They don't answer. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR ACCOUNT DETAILS OR CARD NUMBER.

Parcel Monkey charged me in the wrong currency and I incurred a fee. They have no customer service and cannot be contacted other than over live chat which can take up to an hour for an answer. On my first attempt someone tried to reply to the open window several hours later. The money you save is cancelled out by any problem being impossible to deal with.
