I had to send a package within United States from California to Dallas and had all of my household stuff in it. I chose Fedex as a carrier facility via Parcel Monkey. Fedex tracking says that my parcel has been delivered and I could not find it anywhere. I contacted Fedex and they said that Parcel Monkey might have created a wrong shipping barcode for my package and they cannot find my package anywhere. On contacting Parcel Monkey, their customer service is so poor and they are not replying to any of my messages. This company is a fraud!! No contact number or email to contact theses hell people and they lost my package. The maximum insurance they provide on a package is $100 but I had $500 worth and above stuff in it and many of the stuff had emotional side to it. Leave alone the insurance money, these guys are not even bothered to reply to any of my messages! I will post this review to as many places as possible to tell people about this fraud company!!

Horrible and terrible dismissive unapologetic and worst service from a company I have ever received, after paying a premium rate for my parcel to come from us to Spain it took over a week with still no idea where my parcel was, it was myself that had to contact parcel monkey to enquire, they just said it will come and we awaiting to hear from the courier...another few days past and the customer help desk chat were not helpful at all thy seems to have no idea where my parcel was just gave me a number to ring to check the courier isn’t that there duties?i paid for the service door to door why should I have to spend extra time and money (I don’t speak Spanish either) another two weeks pass after constant askin where or what to do, the courier tell me to contact parcel monkey again to stop it getting sent back as they apparently could not find my address!!!! Then parcel monkey only kept putting responsibility onto the courier. Not helping me at all It’s been over 3 weeks and now apparently my parcel has been sent back to the up only by me finding out my self parcel monkey didn’t even have the consideration to tell me.... Such a horrible disappointment I needed this parcel as I’m on a working holiday and it was important They haven’t even tried to rectify or offer me any formal apologies or even refund or even offer to resend it I have no idea where my parcel is it’s worth 200 pounds To this point I am extremely angry and it seems here’s no authority with the company to contact Absolutely disgusting service stay away from this company at all costs One star not even intended should be minus 4 stars at best

Damaged the item I sent with them and are refusing to fix it or pay compensation. Having read other reviews it seems that anyone with a damaged parcel had the same problem so don't waste your time or money with them.

1. The parcel wasn't picked up when it was supposed to be (which i had taken a day off work for since pick up window is all day). 2. Was eventually picked up nearly a month ago now but apparently never arrived and tracking link isn't working. DPD (which parcel monkey use) have no record of parcel. 3. Was emailed to say further payment had been taken from my credit card since parcel weight and dimensions were wrong (they weren't- i had them checked at the post office). And the money was taken without my permission. 4. Received a strange email from an unknown company (not parcelmonkey or DPD) asking for the address in Chinese characters - which i was able to provide but was still weird. 5. Terrible customer service. Can only send messages on their website and very slow and unhelpful. No phone number to call. 6. Did i mention they have lost my parcel? I wasted about £90 trying to ship clothes to china with these guys, and now they have apparently they have lost the parcel so that's £250 of clothes down the drain too. DO NOT RELY ON THESE PEOPLE.

Extremely bad service!! booked for a parcel to be sent abroad parcel went they refused to update me for over 8 months! never offered any refund! constantly lied to me... told me the parcel was over weight and charged me extra when I know for a fact that the parcel was not over weight I ship items for a living. Will never use again stay clear!

Worst company to deal with ever, do not use. the most frustrating company to deal with ever. cannot speak to anyone on the phone, takes them hours to reply with a message from the courier. Cannot get a strait answer from anyone and all say different things. Parcel has been promised next day delivery for 4 days now, still hasn't appeared.

SUMMARY Worst courier ‘service’ I have ever used. Placed order with DPD via Parcel Monkey UK for delivery to Australia. Paid a premium for collection. Order placed on Monday afternoon. By the Friday still no collection after having stayed in for 3 days during the hottest days of the year. Cancelled order and they have promised refund in 3-5 days. Note that the DPD site is about 10 quid cheaper. Wasted about 4 hours and package delivery delayed by a week. INITIAL REVIEW I used Parcel Monkey who have a list of couriers, prices and options on their website. When you book thru PM you have to use them as the 'agent' and not go directly to DPD (the courier I selected). By the way – I have just visited the DPD site and they are about £10 cheaper. Paid a premium for next day collection. Stayed in all day - no pick up. Sent e-mail later that day - no response. Sent another e-mail 2 hours later - no response. Looked for a telephone number or chat line - there is nothing. I broke one of my golden rules (never use a website that does not have a contact phone number) so I deserve what I get I suppose. First time I have used PM UK and it will be my last. I was advised that they have a chat line. They do but it just directs you to the email form site and you can wait up to 3 hours for a response. UPATE 1 I have been a tad confused by the general emails they sent saying my package was being delivered. Must be a different one that I have waiting in my hall for pick-up. I eventually I did receive an updated specific email from PM saying it would be picked up the following day. Now in to third day of staying at home and still no sign of anything happening. Quite ironic I suppose - they charge about £9 extra if you are not in when they collect. I wonder if I can charge them a similar amount for not picking up as per the agreement that I made with them? It is now 66 hours since I placed my order as opposed to the 15 hours (max) they promised on their website. And wrt to the offer of help in their response below; dead simple - either pick the package up and deliver it or tell me you are incapable of doing what you promised (i.e. doing your job) and refund my fee. UPDATE 2 After staying in for 3 days and having received various promises of eventual pick-up, I finally gave-up and cancelled the order. They have promised (where have I heard that word before?) that they will refund my fee within 3 to 5 days. Received an apology but no explanation provided as to why they did not fulfil their contractual obligations. I now have to re-book with someone (probably DPD) and re-do all the labelling, Strongly recommend that anyone wanting a parcel delivered uses the individual courier sites rather than Parcel Monkey UK. I reckon I have wasted about 4 to 5 hours of messing about and the delivery has been delayed by about a week.

Worst ever company booked for 3 day international service dpd 20 days gone still in transit useless customer service and charged £8 my debit card unauthorised said weight was more thats a lie because i did weight from postoffice before sent stay clear from this company

Absolute sham, disgrace having sent insurance covered item, which went missing, tried to resolve direct with parcel force. But they directly passed me to PM, as the agreement wascwith them to have stupid messages and them told no claim carrier wont agree, whats the point of insurance taking them to court and never using again total farse

Poor service. I purchased a DPD Next Day service from them and DPD delivered to the wrong address! Parcel Monkey say not to contact the courier direct as they will sort. Unfortunately this is not the case and one week later I am still waiting for the parcel to be returned to me and trying to obtain a refund. Not good that when tracked on Parcel Monkey website it states "delivered"! I appreciate mistakes happen however Parcel Monkey do not seem to have the skills to rectify.

STEER AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! COMPLETE RIP OFF IF YOUR ITEM IS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT THIS COMPANY WONT PAY YOU, THEY HAVE 1000 EXCUSES, EVEN IF YOU PAID FOR AN EXTENDED COMPENSATION. SO BE PREPARED TO LOOSE YOUR MONEY. NO RESPONSIBILITY AT ALL

Utter s**t service never ever again booked and paid good money for urgent 24hr delivery service and then told sorry sent to wrong depot, parcel will be 4 days ffs urgent spare parts for work and now we have lost thousands in penalty charges from our client for down time ...... nextvtime we will use the organ Grinder not the f****g Monkey

CAUTION !! EXTRA CHARGE AFTER without authorization ! CAUTION !!! DON'T FORGET TO REMOVE ANY AUTHORIZATION PAYMENT ON YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT ! THIS GUY WILL CHARGE YOU WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT AND WHAT EVER THEY WANT ! I send 2 package to France via DHL EXPRESS all paid before, all good, all right and after 1 month from delivery they charge me again $ 65.23 from a other company ( NOT DHL ) in different city ( WHEN MY PACKAGE GO ) and a extra charge for wrong size ( IS NOT THE CASE )

Absolutely terrible company, waiting over 3 weeks for a claim for a damaged product. Company does not have any phone numbers to call and you have to wait nearly 24hrs for every little response. Shocking I would definitely avoid seriously do not use. Go direct to proper courier

You'd never receive compensation from Parcel Monkey for item delivered damaged. I've opened the claim, proof of damage uploaded, all forms completed and Parcel monkey said that sent me a link which expired and not eligible for compensation. Also they blocked me to contact them by chat. I'll see if they can block me too sending this claim to court. I'll never buy shipping label from them.

ordered a collection for the following day. no one turned up. me and parcel monkey were emailing eachother for 2 days then when i asked for a refund they stopped replying. i had to go to my bank and get the money back

Customer service is shocking. They advised a collection had been cancelled and would be refunded. This wasn’t done so the courier arrived to pick up the parcel and no refund has been actioned. All messages are now being ignored!
