“I want to thankyou so much for your prompt attendance in what I thought was going to be a very long wait due to inclement weather conditions.the mechanic who attended to my breakdown must be praised for his polite professionlism.a big thankyou.also he followed up by texting to see that I had arrived home safely.many many thanks 5 star service”

“Broke down and called the RAC. Told them the problem and within a couple of hours my car was picked up and taken to the garage of my choice. Excellent service.”

“Today we discovered a flat battery,and Mark arrived very quickly.The battery turns to be beyond help and we decided to take it to our local garage while Mark had got it going ,but not trusting it,he followed us and stayed with us till he was satisfied we were ok, very kind man! We were very impressed,Thankyou Mark.Dunston Lincs.”

“Hi i wish to thank RAC for rescuing us while on Holiday 90 miles from our home . They were absolutely brilliant. My husband is disabled he couldnt get up in the lorry that was taking us home . They put taxi on one that he can get in and took us all the way home. Bought our car back on the lorry .and put it out side our back door. We was so happy will stick with them . Kind regards to RAC .”

“Couldn't praise more highly,broken down,no phone signal,000 through to RAC,sorted pick up, accommodation ,1000km round trip for him, yes we waited hours,had to pay excess and top up,still could not be more grateful, brilliant job RAC and their Geraldton pick up truck guys. Thanks Nikki Max”

“Called for a home breakdown assistance today , turned up within 30mins, diagnosed the problem been the ignition switch towed us to main dealer and lift back home. The vehicle was checked by dealer and was rightly diagnosed by Martin. Cheers .. Happy with result.”

“Sunday morning fan belt and tension pulley bearings went bang, RAC did a fantastic job part's needed were sourced in Glasgow 100 miles away Ian 3285 was near Glasgow and went to get the parts then he drove down the A77 to meet Mark3360 about half way down Mark 3360 then brought them back to me in Whithorn were he fitted them for me job done in four and a half hours well done RAC top blokes ian3285 and Mark 3360 thank you”

“RAC was exceptional following a car rear ending me in Albany at the notorious roundabout. My car was deemed a write off. From being to end the RAC teams dealing with the claim were understanding, professional, helpful and courteous. I can highly recommend RAC.”

“Absolutely fantastic!!! Our 2 year old decided to lock herself in the car with no way of us getting her out. After 15 minutes of trying to get her to try and unlock we gave up and called The RAC, advising we had a small baby in the car they put it on an emergency response. Mark amazing guy arrived in literally 5 minutes! And got it sorted in 5 minutes!!! Top class service! These guys are geniuses!! 5 stars!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“After car started smoking under bonnet on M6toll, the RAC mechanic called Paul arrived after only 35 mins. Made a temporary fix and followed us right to our front door. Brilliant service!”

“We just moved to Pageland and happen to see RAC right past the PO when we went there. We stopped in at RAC and Stephanie greeted us, she was absolutely awesome. She was so helpful and did not pressure us at all. Gave us great pricing and looking forward to doing more business with her.”

“I would just like to let you know that your engineer Marcullus Howes number 3743 who attended my car today did a fantastic job.The problem was that my car had been fitted with an immobiliser that was not working. Marcullus was punctual and rang to advise me what time he would be arriving. He quickly found the problem and disconnected the faulty system even though a locksmith sent on the previous day (from an independent company)had said it was a fuse but could not find the fuse box. He was very polite and professional and a credit to the RAC Also your agents on the helpline were a credit to your company. I recieved text messages every 30 minutes to let me know the status of my call and Marcullus rang me to say he would be 25 minutes. Please could you pass on my thanks to everyone involved.”

“On our way home from a trip on the NC500 we broke down 200 miles from home. Our hose on our van had split causing all of the water to escape. We realised that this could be serious, but Mark from the RAC covering Ayr and Newton Stewart came to our rescue, he was professional, patient, and friendly, he replaced the hose that was worn, and got us back on the road, when we had travelled a few miles we stopped to top up the water as it makes its way around the system, Mark saw us and pulled in to ask if we were okay, he went above and beyond to help us, big thank you to Mark, we appreciated his help.”
