“Well I would like to send a thumbs up for Jason at your Bristol office who guided me - very patiently - through renewing my RAC cover with my Tesco Clubcard Points. It was last Tuesday the 26th April '22, about 3.15 pm. He was patient and helpful. It took a long time to help us as we aren't computer savvy but he managed to get us sorted. SO WELL DONE JASON! Your patience and professionalism shone through.”

“Automated system is awful however the engineer who came to my rescue was brilliant knew exactly what was wrong , very knowledgable and offered to get me home after getting car to the garage. He was a great member of the RAC force to represent recovery”

“Could not start my car. Phoned RAC and they informed me that they would have someone out to me within the hour. It was actually 40mins and the RAC engineer was absolutely spot on in his diagnosis of my cars problem. Owen was his name and he serves the south wales area. He was so helpful and gave great advice on how to avoid the problem in the future. This is the second time I have used the service and have not been disappointed in their response. If what i saw is the standard of service, then they are doing something right.”

“I Have 2015 Vauxhall Mokka Auto Had a problem , driving normally then power steered locked up and various warning lights came on , I managed to steer safely into the side of the road. I turned the engine off and when I tried to restart found out there was no response from the starter motor, also boot would not open . I contacted RAC who said they would get an engineer to me as soon as possible . This was approx 2pm , while waiting I was kept informed by text messages of the progress . At 3.30 I received a phone call from the Engineer that he was on route to me and would arrive in approx 10 mins, which he did. The engineer was very methodical and eventually diagnosed the fault to a dirty earth connection onto the bodywork of the car . He made good the fault and checked that everything was now working exactly as it should. I am extremely gratefull to RAC and especially the engineer Paul for a brilliant service .”

“I had an issue with my Car battery, which went flat and RAC has appointed expert in short span of time. Daniel Hillier (2472) arrived in 15 mins and he was very helpful and informative. His experience was exceptional. He has verified thoroughly and replaced with new battery in no time by picking new battery from different location. "Daniel Hillier is very friendly and he is a great asset for RAC"”

“I'd like to praise the way a RAC van stopped when I was clearly in trouble in a rather dangerous spot. Previously I'd been passed by a police car that hadn't stopped. I hadn't called the RAC and the diver didn't know whether or not I was a member when he stopped. I am. He was absolutely fantastic. Clearly someone who is just naturally helpful. Bright, cheerful, informative, reassuring and did everything he could to get me and the wife (who's disabled with MS), going again. Just brilliant. Anthony Jefferson is a very nice person and an absolute credit to the RAC and the world.”

“Excellent service, I was informed that they were really busy and it could be three hours before rescue. I explained that it was an elderly gentleman driver who was somewhat confused. So it would help if they could keep in touch. The mechanic was really understanding and helpful and arrived within the hour, sorting the problem in no time at all, so impressed with the service. I have been with the RAC for many years now and consider them worth their weight in gold!! They are well trained and experienced, and above all, friendly with a good sense of humour! Well done RAC”

“I can not thank RAC enough. ESPECIALLY the man who came to move my car. I was in hove & my car was 3-4 miles away, meaning it would have taken me over a hour to get to it. He came out of his way to come and pick my keys up from my home and go and collect the car. Then also put my bumper back on that had been pulled off. He was the most helpful, politest and professional man ever! His name was Gaven (3246) … I suffer with anxiety and this man helped me so so very much. I’m truly grateful u have such great staff working for you. 100% recommend this breakdown service. Thanks so very much ☺️”

“RAC always come less than an hour if I need them. Flat battery they can organise that for u with a discount . The same for the tyres . They can replace 4 tyres for half the cost”

“My wife and I suffered a puncture on the very busy M6 motorway. We called out the RAC and 15 minutes later Duncan arrived. He was awesome and delt with the very dangerous situation brilliantly whilst keeping us safe at all times. Excellent service and highly recommended. Thank you so much Duncan. Ronnie and Lesley”

“We just had battery in our car changed only $199 for 36 months warranty "Good value for money"! Also our car vas broken down due to serpentine belt problems RAC fixed it up in no time Thanks again”

“I for the first time had to use my breakdown cover with Rac for the 1st time.We were 200 miles from home and had a coolant leak.Made the call arrived within 1 hr.Our Respondant Roger was absolutely brilliant he identified the leak and carried out repair explaining what he had done ✅ Brilliant service”

“I want to thankyou so much for your prompt attendance in what I thought was going to be a very long wait due to inclement weather conditions.the mechanic who attended to my breakdown must be praised for his polite professionlism.a big thankyou.also he followed up by texting to see that I had arrived home safely.many many thanks 5 star service”
