“I would really like to thank the call handler who took my call last night.I have RAC breakdown cover as part of my insurance policy.I have never had to use it before but last night has been the exception.I was a bit anxious and initially couldn't identify by name the road my car was on but the handler was patient and understanding while he searched the map.He informed me of expected delays to my car being collected and unfortunately for him he may have heard how bad the rest of my week had been (sorry 🙂 ) but at all stages he was kind and patient. The actual company who collected my vehicle contacted me quicker than expected.They arrived at the approximate time they had estimated.They also did any amazing job.I can't thank you all enough.Great service.”

“Excellent service lovely chap ,can’t thank him enough .It had been a long busy day he arrived at 5pm we had a laugh you’d have thought we were first call.Delivered our car to garage and got lift home,we were fed up with our car ,but he made us feel better .Thanks.”

“The level of service I received today and the person who was allocated my breakdown , I honestly could not fault him or RAC he input so much time effort and went out his way to make sure I got home safe . People like him need to know how much there appreciated but also his company need to know they have a good worker so again the level of good customer service today was absolutely why I would recommend RAC not all like that I must say but his name is mark covers London warlingham etc so he needs to know this star rating is for his level of service he provided and thank him so much”

“I just wanted to thank Tom for great service in Alderley Edge on Sunday 15 January 2023. Tom got to me very quickly and did brilliantly to correctly diagnose a rare problem with my car and then enabled me to get the vehicle to my Dealer for a replacement part. “Early evening, today, my car broke down in the middle of a very busy main road. I had my 8 year old daughter in the car and it was a frightening experience. Once I’d managed to reporr it online., an RAC mechanic got in touch with me within 5 minutes. His name is Damien and he calmed me and my daughter down very quickly an towed us to the nearest RAC approved garage. He was brilliant. Nothing was a problem. And when I phoned the ongoing Hire line, Julie from Oldham, was lovely and understanding and again, efficiently reassured me. I just want to thank these 2 people for their generosity of spirit and professionalism.”

“Great service from the RAC. Phil from Halesowen came to me in Redditch this morning. Despite him being poorly he drove to Bromsgrove to get the part for my car and fixed it. Above and beyond what he should have done. A credit to the RAC. Fantastic service.”

“My car wouldn’t start , I was in a Morrisons car park. I’d been there for a couple of hours I’d rang the RAC and was told there was a high volume of calls due to the weather. An RAC van had just pulled in at the other side of the car park , I went over and the driver said, I wasn’t his call but he’d come over anyway. 20 or so minutes later he got my car going. He was very professional and explained what the problem had been. Couldn’t thank him or the RAC enough . So glad I have membership. Thanks James. I’m so glad you were there. Margo”

“I had a fault in my car whilst driving to work on Friday night. I called the RAC ,about an hour later, l had David Cosby turned up. He went above and beyond to resolve my issue and he did. Thought l was going to need a brand new car as l could not afford that at the moment. Thank you so much David Cosby. You worked so hard in that cold to get my car fixed for me. Appreciate you greatly.”

“LEE AND CHRISTIAN ON TWO SEPARATE OCCASIONS GOT ME GOING WHEN MY KEY FOB WAS DEAD. ON MY OWN ELDERLY AND COULD NOT EVEN GET TO A GARAGE THEY KEPT ON TILL THAT ENGINE STARTED. THANK YOU!”

“We had a tyre problem on the A629 between Keighley and Skipton on Friday 30th September. Ali from the RAC came to our rescue and found a large piece of metal embedded in our run flat tyre. The weather was awful, windy and lashing down with rain. Ali did a temporary repair and sourced a second hand tyre for us, led us to the tyre fitters and they changed our tyre. Please thank ALI again for a fantastic job.”
