“We had a tyre problem on the A629 between Keighley and Skipton on Friday 30th September. Ali from the RAC came to our rescue and found a large piece of metal embedded in our run flat tyre. The weather was awful, windy and lashing down with rain. Ali did a temporary repair and sourced a second hand tyre for us, led us to the tyre fitters and they changed our tyre. Please thank ALI again for a fantastic job.”

“We were on holiday in swansea visiting family when our car broke down on Friday 😟 luckily we had rac, we contacted them and they were very busy but took approx 4 hours to get to us, we wasn't stuck on a roadside we were in a family members home as car broke down outside there luckily so can only say what we experienced. So Jordan arrived, lovely guy he had just moved back to swansea from Tenby really tried to get the car going was extremely friendly and went out of his way to get it working sadly to no avail, had to go to garage as starter motor had gone. All in all our first encounter using rac was a good one, they kept you informed at all times how long they were going to be and they try there best to get you going. I would recommend them .”

“We unfortunately broke down on Sunday 14th August, we managed to pull over in a service station on the A40 northbound. After a five hour wait (apparently the rac man went to the wrong service station) another RAC driver Gary 3177 who had just completed another job came over to see if we ok. He called our insurers again and within 1 hour an engineer was on site, Gary remained with us and then took us on part 1 of our pick up journey as far as he could take us within his boundaries, he gave us a list of garages local to our holiday destination and set up the next pick up truck to take us to our destination. Gary 3177 certainly went above and beyond in his customer service. A huge thank you and well done goes out to him.”

“I’m not a customer of rac but just wanted to say a massive thank you to the lovely KEM who helped me jump start my car on Thursday the 28th of July 2022 in old park road Enfield en1 Honestly he was so lovely and really saved my day. I believe he is leaving in the next month or so otherwise I would consider becoming a member.”

“I had a flat battery on Sunday morning in Bishopston, Bristol and contacted the RAC for help. An serviceman was with me within 10 minutes and was really helpful. He performed a number of tests on the battery having charged it, and gave me excellent advice to restore it to full charge. Thank you very much Gary, for your friendly and professional help, and full marks to the RAC!”

I have lost the persons surname but she was a South African lady with a christian name of Le-Nik. “Had taken out key replacement option with my policy, best thing I have done. My key fell apart and it was covered under the policy with CPP. Top rate service from Mr F the technician. Fitted and progammed a new key in just a few minutes. Highly recommend that you take this option, these keys can be very expensive to replace, will definately take it out again on the next renewal. The calim was handled very well by CPP full marks all round. 10/10”
