“Well helped me through at the last second to get my tickets, only issue was I never recieved my ticket email that they were ready to be received, and that I needed AXS app to get them, but they were very helpful in resolving that...and it all worked out..thanks again”

my only complaint with stub hub is I wish customers service was what it was when people answered customer service . not AI . music and theatre and games we see through stub hub are human .. I wish the company was too”
“Ordered 2 tickets to see Boca Juniors play as were much cheaper than on some other sites. Able to choose tickets for where in the ground we wanted. Tickets delivered exactly as promised and no issues with entry to the game - great service all round”
“The tickets and concert were amazing. It was a great experience except for the parking pass that was offered. I paid $20 & it was a 15 minute drive from the Anthem in Virginia. I had to pay another $35 to park in the wharf parking garage so we were in walking distance. The original pass said it was only 10 minute walk but was completely wrong”
“The fees and taxes added to the fees ended up being 1/3 of my ticket prices which seemed fairly high. None of the links worked for me to download my parking pass either which caused quite a headache as I got to the parking lot. The attendee finally just allowed me to park after I showed them my proof of purchase. What was priced as a fairly reasonable parking pass the fees nearly doubled the total costs. The purchasing experience was extremely easy and efficient but I was not impressed with the amount of fees that were added to the transaction. I was not impressed with the functionality of downloading the parking pass as there was zero support to help circumvent or troubleshooting.”

“These company just charge so much extra for the tickets fees then charge extra for the resell of the same tickets on resell, and then gouge you on the sell of the parking ticket. “If I could leave a no star, I would. Bought tickets before Christmas on Stubhub and event is on Feb 21. It says tickets will be available same day as event, understandable, had that with another ticket company. Day of event no email with tickets, we'll maybe it would come 30 mons before event, nope, 15 mins nope. Go to ticket booth they cant find them and they can't help, get ahold of stubhub after being hung up on, stubhub app says tickets are confirmed, and i have my order number and should be on their way once they are released, customer service says they will resend the email to confirm tickets. Get the email,click on it and tickets are unavailable and he says we have to click refund and pay for the tickets at the ticket counter, and not only us but it was happening to the same guys next to us same situation. I was beyond furious and we were 30 mins late to our event. Never again.”
