“In the end I ended up with great seats at a fair price. Having said that the process to get there was not ideal.... I used the guest registration and have since been getting lots of emails from stubhub. It seems like the only way to resolve this is to sign up for an account. I also had to setup a ticketmaster app on my phone to try to get the tickets but they ended up being through an email afternall. The fees were also quite high.....”
“StubHub is horrible about refunding your money if an event is cancelled. They sell their tickets to Ticketmaster so it's best to just purchase your tickets from Ticketmaster to cut the middle man. I have been trying to get my my back for weeks and have filed a complaint with BBB.”

“If I could give ZERO STARS I would. I had no idea that StubHub ONLY resells other people's tickets. We paid over $600 for friends (from out of town) to see a concert with us. The site kept telling me the location had not released the tickets yet. Then the day of the concert, it told me they would not be released until 4pm. At 6pm we still didn't have tickets. I called support and they told me they had to send me an email with options because the ticket owners never released the tickets. The email options were to find another set of seats, but the concert was sold out, so our only option was to get a refund. WTH!? How can you spend that kind of money and not get your seats? If you don't have the tickets don't sell them! I will NEVER EVER USE STUBHUB AGAIN. It is a lie and a scam!”
“StubHub was on point and quick upon receiving my ticket. I had no issues, it gave me the exact information of my seating assignment and schedule of when the show started. This was for an Orchestra and I will say I am impressed of the service I got for this! Hope to use this for future events!”
“Stubhub was quick to get us tickets after payment was received. Though, it did give us the wrong tickets, it quickly corrected itself, and notified us promptly that it would get us new tickets. Our seats were a great value.”
“I was upset because we were informed the day before the performance that the tickets that we originally purchased were no longer available. I don't normally purchase through StubHub. Is that normal practice? I was then offered tickets with an obscured view which is not acceptable for a ballet performance. I declined that offer. I was then offered excellent seats which we accepted. It all turned out very well because we had seats that far exceeded what we originally purchased.”

“I got my tickets much easier for this event than the last. I am disappointed with the additional fees that were attached to the purchase. I am still waiting for a refund for the tickets I purchased to see the Black Crows which was postponed and no date has been released. How long are you going to hold my money? And why was the concert postponed. I heard they had a better offer to play else where. Maybe I don't want to see them now if that's how they feel.”
