They notified me only 3 days before the event and mentioned there were no comparative tickets available. Although there were tickets - the prices surged since we purchased. They only offered a refund which was completely unreasonable. I spent hours with customer service who hung up on me twice. I contacted senior executives and all I got were crickets. Nothing. We never imagined this could happen.We did not want a refund - we wanted our tickets for a game that meant a lot to us.”
“Patience definitely paid off. I was looking for seats for the NY Liberty vs Indiana Fever for a couple of weeks and a few days before the event tickets were beginning to drop in a price a bit. I scored 2 seats in the Gallagher Club at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn for a steal which included unlimited food and drinks, private entry, restrooms and a bar. The VIP experience and ease of ticket purchase was unmatched.”
