StubHub cannot be trusted. Their cuaaupport sucks. They don’t back the promise that you’re covered if tickets don’t arrive. DO NOT BUY THROUGH THEM GO ANYWHERE ELSE unless you want to lose your money.

DO NOT USE STUBHUB!! They let the seller by with selling the tickets on another platform for 4x the price. The seats were midcourt, 9 rows from the floor. Their poor "replacement seats" were in the corners 15+ rows up. There were actually tickets in the row directly behind my original seats, but they would not offer them to me since the price had gone up since my original purchase. No compensation was offered for taking the corner seats. I either had to accept these corner seats or not be able to attend the event. I spent 4+ hours on the phone dealing with these jokers. They do not stand behind the buyers in a fair way. I'm shutting my account down today.

If you want to purchase tickets for any event do not use Stub Hub.They sell tickets to a third party and the they sell the tickets for whatever price they want and then the normal extra fees are added to the price and then after you purchase tickets and find them a lot cheaper on another site it is too late for a refund. The policy for a return is your screwed and now you must resell your tickets the same way you bought yours and it’s your turn to over price your tickets to some one else.Stub Hub is a benefit for someone who wishes to buy tickets and then over price them and try to sell them to someone who hasn’t looked around at other sites first and has no idea what the tickets are worth.do yourself a favor and use a reputable company when buying tickets for life events Stub Hub ain’t it .

Bought tickets for a game. Paid got the tickets right away. The fees I felt was high. Something came up and had to sell the tickets. Sold tickets on the 26th of March. Site says 3-8 days for your money. Day 9 comes and no money. I message and they say after the eight days it's a 5 day hold until the money is sent. Seller beware it's not a fast process.....1 star review

Constantly selling tickets that aren't available. They make you wait until day of the event to contact seller, who has sold them for a higher price to someone else and offer poor comparison tickets. I was mid court, 9 rows up. They say comparable tickets are in the corners 12+ rows up. Third and final time StubHub has done this to me. Use another platform.

Horrible experience with Stubhub. AVOID!! We spent nearly $1000 on two tickets for specific seats, seven months before the event. We were told that the tickets would arrive via email on the day of the event. Waited all day...nothing. To sum it up, I placed no fewer than 8 phone calls over three hours to Stubhub, being lied to each time that they "had the seller on the other line" and the tickets were being emailed. We eventually were offered seats nowhere near our originally paid for seats, 10 minutes before the performance. I was literally cowered on my cellphone out in the cold, begging for any seat at all. That's the game they play. Don't expect the seats you buy or the tickets to be in hand when you absolutely need them. Expect to be desperate, acceptng any seat at all, and losing hundreds of dollars, as well as what is supposed to be a fun few hours leading up to the event - on the phone in a panic instead.

I purchased opening day tickets for the Texas Rangers vs Chicago Cubs as a Christmas present for my wife, who is a loyal Cubs fan. The purchase date was December 6, 2023, which included seat selection. I received a confirmation that my order was complete and that I would receive a notification when the tickets were ready. I did not receive any notification about the tickets until the day before the game. StubHub notified me that the seller could not provide the tickets I had purchased but did have comparable tickets. I accepted the comparable tickets and waited to receive confirmation. The next day, which was game day, I still hadn't received any information regarding my tickets. I notified StubHub and they told me they would know something by 10 AM CDT. At 10 AM, I still had not heard back, so I again contacted StubHub. They then told me that the seller had until 12:05 PM CDT to supply the tickets. If the seller did not respond, I had the choice of a full refund or alternative tickets. At 12:05, I received an email from StubHub that the seller could not supply the tickets and that I should click on a link to view my options. I thought that the link would allow me to accept substitute tickets, but when I arrived on the page, I received a message that an action had already been taken. Still confused, I contacted StubHub once again and they could not tell me what was going on. Finally at around 3 PM CDT, 3 hours before game time, StubHub notified me that they could not supply tickets and would refund my money. My opening day experience was ruined. I purchased tickets in good faith months before the game, but that was not enough. I would like StubHub to explain to me why this happened. I don't want to hear the legalities. I just want to know how waiting until 3 hours before the first pitch to notify me that I won't be getting my tickets is any form of customer service. Buyer beware. If you don't receive your tickets immediately after you purchase them, there is no guarantee that you will receive them, no matter how far in advance you purchase them.

I placed an order March 16 that was legit. Then March 26 I received an email saying thank you for my order. Upon looking at that email tickets were ordered on my credit card for something I did not purchase of almost $400. I cancelled the card and called stub hub. They escalated it to the fraud department. 5 hours later I hadn’t heard anything so I called again and got told they would email me a decision. I called my bank and they said 17 transactions were tried on my card and two managed to get thru because they kept missing the security code. On March 31 I received an email saying this not a fraudulent charge. Stub hub customer service then told me there was nothing they could do further because the internal department made a decision and said I couldn’t talk to anyone from that department. Real classy stub hub but everything is 100% backed right? Clearly it’s not. Save your time and money use a different company to buy tickets

How do you possibly add all these exorbitant fees? I bought 2 $200 tickets which is ridiculous enough, but you add $150 in additional fees, listed as: Applicable fee-- I paid for the ticket, what is this fee? Delivery fee-- you're not delivering a thing! There's no paper tickets! Transaction fee- maybe $5 for credit card transfer. Seriously, how do you justify this! This is utterly ridiculous!

I ordered tickets 3 months in advance they sent me an email told me tickets weren't available sent me replacement tickets for same game or at least what I was told were tickets. Drive 4 hours to see the game got to the gate and could t get in told me there were parking passes. I called stub hub on phone an hour didn't get anywhere no help at all. Bought 2 tickets at gate for my wife and kid and stayed out in the lobby on phone trying to get my money back. Finally after 3 phone calls and an hour and a half I did. Had to watch game from outside thanks stub hub for running my NBA experience and my day

AVOID this site. I bought tickets and had to sell them due to a death in my family. Since the original tickets were paper tickets, and StubHub only had a mobile option for selling, I was unable to sell them. There was no mention of not being able to sell the tickets when I bought them. Service reps were not helpful and said that they were sorry that I could not resell them. I am in the process of filing a claim and working with my credit card company to get the money back. AVOID AVOID AVOID. It is a scam. 70 - 90% of the reviews are 1 star. You don't need to know any more

Unfortunately I have learned the hard way that there is risk purchasing tickets through Stubhub. I purchased tickets on 10/23 for an annual event held 6/24. This event requires planning, hotels, airfare, etc. Spent a large sum on the tickets as well. I find out on 3/24 from the seller that the tickets are wrong and I really do not have tickets, and that i have paid for. After numerous calls to Stubhub customer service, I seem to get a different story every time I call. To sum this up, they have my money and I have no tickets. Stubhub claims internal policy dictate they will TRY and resolve my situation 2 days before the event. Apparently they prioritize resolution by event date. They are not looking out for the customer. Consider alternatives for purchasing tickets if you are concerned about actually having tickets you paid for.

We bought tickets to Zac Byran in Washington DC. We were told tickets will be here by 5pm if not they will be replaced at equal or greater value. We were then told tickets are sold out. No replacements. They said sorry. Can I get reimbursed for my gas to DC.

Listing said 3rd row tickets and turned out to be last row tickets. Customer service was no help in resolving the issue.

Ordered tickets in November for a show in April. Tickets never got deposited into account. Months of back and forth pointless correspondence with StubHub representatives. Every person working for them has been polite, but completely useless in accomplishing the only job they have which is middlemanning tickets between those who have bought them and those who are reselling them. Buyer beware 10000000000%
