“well, I spent close to 2k on tickets to take clients to game in texas that I flew on for. I later found much cheaper tickets in a better location, actually FRONT ROW from a competing company that was so much easier to use and efficient , seats were on the dugout. cant get better. so, i posted the ones I had for sale originally hoping to get my money back. they keep the fees, so i didnt get those back, and, i kept lowering lowering lowering the price, no buyer, and this was like 2 weeks in advance of the game. I then purchased parking tickets, that i wanted to transfer to the locals that were driving and it was impossible. kept getting error messages, finally, i just relisted them for $5 and they bought them, but THEN, we had to wait and wait and wait to be released. I called and talked to someone in what would be my guess india perhaps. it was just horrible mess. as a business owner I know the power of reviews, but im small biz, this is billion dollar business, so not even sure they care or will this make a difference. Im saying check out other options before using them. i HAVE had good experiance but recently we didnt get our tickets for a show until the MORNING of the event, thats frustrating, especially when its for the kids and you are freaking out thinking "what if" something happened and we dont get them. We were on the train on the way to venue when they finally became available. not something I want to be doing.”
“I am so happy I purchased a parking pass to go with our concert tickets. It made it so much easier and worry free! Plus it was connected to the Moda Center so it was easy to access.”
“I copied this review from another review because it was the exact experience I had.
I'll likely NEVER buy tickets through StubHub again! They deserve 0 stars but that isn't an option. After purchasing tickets to a basketball game, I never received the tickets; just a confirmation email. So I text the online chat. They tell me that me tickets could not be delivered due to some issue with AXS and they sent me a link to my email. The link had an option to get a replacement ticket or a refund. I look at the replacement ticket options knowing I bought tickets for a 100 level section and they offered me a replacement ticket in the 200 level section. Their online system generates these replacement apparently based on cost but I buy tickets based on location. Obviously swapping a 100 level ticket for 200 level doesn't do me any justice so I ask for a manager; No manager available on duty. So I'm just left with having to either refund and not attend, get a lesser version of the experience I purchased, or just pay them again for a different ticket. Even the customer service agent agreed that I got the crappy end of the stick but also let me know that there was nothing anybody could do to rectify the situation. Terrible experience from a terrible company!”
“Fast and simple process. I was struggling to purchase tickets through Tickets Center and my order kept getting cancelled. Went on Stubhub and bought better seats for less in under 5minutes. Got them digitally and added them to my Apple wallet for easy access. The show was great.”
“Great experience. Communication was excellent from StubHub. Tickets were received via email approximately 3 days prior to the event. I simply had to click on the link, verify the tickets, and add them to the Apple wallet.”
