“i ordered 4 tickets to a show. I was sent 3 tickets and a parking pass. The 3 tickets were different seats than what i ordered. I have sent them back and am still trying to get a refund from Stub Hub. They have the worst customer service for a company who constantly talks about their money back guarantee, i can't get my money back for an error on their part. HORRIBLE. Willing to pay their high fees for good support but will NEVER use them again after this experience”
“Pain in the ass company. They advertise that you can get your money back if you want days in advance if your sick ext. I tried to do that exact thing 3 days before the event they told me I’m out of luck!!!”

“I used StubHub for the very first time this month! I paid for my tickets on 3/3/25. My event was 3/20/25 at 7pm. When I didn’t have my tickets by 430pm on 3/20/25 I got in touch with StubHub. I was told I would still have them in time. At 5pm I reached back out to StubHub and they said I would get them by 6pm. I told her that was insane! BUT at the same time, I got an email stating the seller didn’t have my tickets! 😡They issued me a refund. I had to go to Ticketmaster and pay more for my tickets. I will NEVER use StubHub again!!”
“Absolutely terrible customer service guarantee. We purchased tickets way out for a show in New York. Sole purpose of thr trip. Seller canceled tickets less than a month out. We had to pay hundreds more for basically the same seats because the prices had gone up so much due to it being so close to the show date.”
