I never got and they just over months kept telling me to wait and that they sent him and I never got them and they let me go in circles and never ever solve the problem and once the event was passed, refused to refund me do not use them”

My husband then got on his phone and failed to see that StubHub had checked the boxes for parking and insurance. He bought the tickets and insurance/parking. We were flying to this show and staying within walking distance of the venue. I am convinced that my 2 attempts did not go thru because l declined the parking/insurance. This morning we received an email that the tickets we bought are now unavailable. New tickets with worse sight lines were offered. We bailed. Never, never again!!”
“Stubhub had a large selection of seats at various price points. Tickets were available months before the event took place. This the second time I've used the Stubhub service and will use them again in 2026.”

“I purchased tickets to a game and also purchased the parking pass. With taxes and fees I paid $65 dollars for the parking pass and received an email confirmation for my purchase however upon receiving my ticket I was given $20 parking 10 minutes away from where I purchased the pass for. I have been going back and forth with StubHub for over a week only to be told that it's only a 10 minute walk and I should be okay. I have asked 4 times for a refund and was given an email address to transfer tickets to however no one is responding since last week. I am very disappointed and angered by this lack of professionalism. I was trying to avoid going through my bank and filing a dispute however at this point StubHub has left me no choice.”
