“If you are a seller, StubHub has this thing called recommended tickets. If their algorithm doesn’t like your seats or price, you tickets will not be seen by most potential buyers. Deceptive at best, will never use them again.”
“Fees for both tickets and parking were ridiculously high. Stubhub charged $37 for each $70 ticket. For a $5 parking Stubhub charged close to $9 plus additional $8 as service charges.”
“What did not make me happy was the parking pass I paid for it but apparently that parking lot was occupied by police cars my gps couldn’t even find it. Kept saying you arrived and on top of that it was not by the theater”
“Everything went great when buying tickets from Canada to see Sabrina Carpenter in Paris. We got 4 seats in a row and the view was exactly what we expected. Had a great time!”
“0/0 Purchased tickets to an Orlando Magic game 3 weeks in advance, tickets never showed up after several attempts to fix this. Finally with a couple hours before the game they said they are working on it and then 10 min. later we received a refund, Called back and were told to purchase new tickets, with little time left before the game they had similar tickets available but charged $200 more in fee's than the original tickets. Asked to speak to a supervisor about it but they said there were none available. Terrible experience all around. Find another way to get your tickets.”
“Very easy ticket transfer. There were some unexpected fees, when I went to pay, so I ended up paying a little bit more than if I had just purchased from the venue.
Is this a review of StubHub, or the show?”
“We saw Gabriel Inglesius this past Saturday and the United Center and we were very happy with our seats. We are both seniors and Stub Hub was easy to maneuver our tickets on my phone for the event.”
“Stubhub has never done me wrong. I've seen 4 sold out concerts now BECAUSE of Stubhub! Always great prices compared to ticketmaster. I find myself always checking stubhub now. Thank you!!”
“I just have a suggestion. I purchased tickets in the chandelier area at the Midland Theatre in Kansas City. I knew it was in the very top section of the theatre, & that was ok. Maybe your description of that area was supposed to indicate that it was standing area only, no seats. But for someone that doesn’t attend concerts that often, I didn’t realize that. So my husband & I left & didn’t stay for the concert. Just be clearer. The front railing to stand against to watch the performer was full of people & we couldn’t even get a clear view. Just a suggestion to make it clearer. Thanks!”
