“Getting electronic transfer was very difficult & customer service walked me through it. even though there was a 20 minute wait to get through on phone, call back system worked & I got a live agent that was very helpful”
“Horrible experience. Stubhub keeps sending me emails saying my tickets have been transferred and I should claim them and I should have received an email from the seller. I have received NO such email and despite my calling and letting them know that the seller is not transferring tickets they keep sending me emails to claim these non-existent tickets. I have over 200 dollars held up now and I can’t event buy tickets from elsewhere. This company should be put out of business ASAP”

“I'm very happy with the ticket purchase experience; it was smooth and easy. I'm less happy of the incessant hounding to leave a review after the show. I received 5 requests for feedback in 7 days. IMO, if I'm going to leave feedback, two reminders to do so is sufficient. Beyond that, I feel like I'm getting spammed.”
