“I've purchased from stubhub several times with no issue. I will say that I always buy from sellers who list the exact seat. I would avoid the sellers who post the seat as #9000 or with no seat number at all. The prices are ridiculous for the most part, but sometimes a fair price pops up. I did try to sell tickets once and they kept pulling the listing down with no explanation, so I ended up with tickets I couldn't use.”
“I didn’t receive the tickets I had purchased due to the vendor suddenly not having the tickets on the day of the concert. Stubhub did a good job of finding similar tickets, but the tickets I was given were two sections further from the stage. It appeared that Stubhub’s algorithm for finding similar tickets had more to do with section of the arena (100s, 200s, etc.), price and row number instead of distance from the stage. Overall, though, I give Stubhub a lot of credit for finding me decent seats in the last hour before show time.”
