“Stubhub made it easy for me to buy a last minute ticket to a football game allowing me to see a friend twirl her baton with the UK marching band. The ticket I purchased was one of a block of season tickets. The ticket owners made me feel very welcome. It was a fun night.”
“I ordered platinum parking passes that were never emailed to me. I contacted customer service and was given gold parking passes instead. This was the option I was given and it was at the time the event started that I had to choose the downgrade. I contacted customer service to get refunded the difference and all I was told that it was policy. But at what time, did I have to read the policy when I was at the gate being denied entry for not having the email. So hastily I chose the option of gold passes. StubHub did not offer any compensation even though their policy states comparable or better.”

I kindly request that Google update the location, as it is still listed incorrectly on the ticket.”
