“No need to use Stubhub. When you go to receive your tickets, the website transfers you to Ticketmaster. Just simply start at Ticketmaster! Stubhub charged me and extra $100.00 for preferred parking over Ticketmasters price. I needed preferred parking for my disabled partner. Very unreasonable upcharge! I know now how this system works and will no use Stubhub again.”
“On a whim while in Milwaukee, I pulled up Stub Hub and found same day tickets at a very good price. Although seats were near the rear of the theatre, every seat had a good view of the stage. Acquiring the tickets was simple, we were happy with the seats, and extremely happy with the perfomance. This was my second experience buying tickets on Stub Hub. Hope they are all this enjoyable and regret-free.”
“Worst experience I’ve ever had. Paid 1000 for two nights in a hotel, two tickets for the ball game. Get to the stadium and no barcodes for the tickets. Owners got our money then cancelled transaction. Call stuhub. Go to the window and tell them to give you tickets. Office, “we can’t take tickets from someone and give them to you”. Never ever will I use this worthless company again. Next time it could be you!”
“They advertise that it is the top destination for ticket buyers and ‘resellers’ but after purchasing the tickets in March for a show in October - I realized in July I wasn’t able to attend the show on that date and so I wanted to resell the tickets with the hope of getting most of my money back. Going through the process I made a new listing that they said they’d keep ‘hidden’ until I had my tickets in my hand, so no one could see the listed resale making it impossible to sell. Live chat was useless in helping so I tried to get a human on the phone to release my tickets to me but their number just brings me to a recording that hangs up. I didn’t receive my tickets until months later literally a few hours before the show making it impossible to resell them. Extremely frustrating for customers who are just trying to get money back. I’ll never use stub hub again.”

I asked to have some of the service fee refunded, since the service was very bad, but Stub Hub customer service refused to provide any compensation at all!”
