While on hold for 15 minutes while agent contacted seller again. Never got tickets so she sent another set from stubhub. We received them 45 min before game as we paid crazy parking fee. They worked and seats were comparable or better BUT it was hours of stress. Wish I could have verbally accepted the new tickets without having to pull over, find the email and click accept.”
