“They have horrible policies for sellers on StubHub. Please be warned that they say they will pay you by one date and then say you need to wait 8 full business days after an event took place to get paid. Never selling physical tickets through them again”
“StubHub charged me for tickets that I had listed for sale but was unable to deliver until 72 hours before the event. Their policy states that you have until 48 hours before an event to deliver, yet they charged me 1 week in advance. I spent hours on the phone with them trying to get them to reverse this charge and despite my upset, my demands to speak with a manager and my insistence that I was not responsible to deliver the tickets at that time, they still charged me and put me in a position to have to contact my credit card company and open a dispute. The result is a huge loss of my time and a ton of aggravation. I will never use StubHub again and hope that no one else ever has to experience the terrible customer service that I encountered.”
“I do not recommend this company! Ordered parking pass for the May 20th baseball game. Sent me forms that I paid but no QR Code to use in order to exit parking. Had to use credit card. Plus the cost was less then the ticket I paid them to purchase. I tried to contact Stubhub but there is no way to contact them. They do not have a guarantee like it states on their website. Warning!”

“Bought VIP tickets on StubHub and paid almost $600 on the day of the event I was told there was a problem with my tickets. I was offered general admission tickets and a partial refund instead of my meet and greet tickets because they couldn’t provide them. My partial refund was only $150 meaning that I would’ve been paying $200 for a $65 ticket which was complete BS I feel like that I was baited into buying these tickets and felt like I was being scammed the whole time making me miss out on an show that I had been waiting for for a very long time. I will never buy tickets from StubHub again, and I will tell everyone that I know never To buy tickets from StubHub again because I believe that the entire website is a complete scam!”
“Bait and switch. They provided tickets one hour before show for the wrong row (receipt clearly shows my ordered row, but actual delivery was completely different). A row with much less favorable seats than what I paid almost $1,000 for is what was delivered. My choice, release the issues tix with no guarantee of being able to see the show and try to secure the correct row. Or take the crappy seats and get a 25% credit to a future purchase with SH, but only good for one year. Classic bait and switch. Buyer be very aware of this scam site.”
“Ordered tickets. Said theyd come day before event. Then an email 2 weeks early said theyd been delivered by fedex to my gate. Nothing there. Over an hour waiting on the phone. They refuse to cancel the tickets I didnt receive and issue me new ones. Called again today. Same response. Refuse to help me with getting ticket replacements. Spent 2k between tickets and airbnb 6 months ago for my friends bday. Only to find out a week before the event that we dont have any tickets. Stubhub is a comolete scam and a rip-off!! Buyer go somewhere else!”
“Paid over 4000$ for 2 Adele tickets. The tickets never came, Stubhub said the charge had been reversed and never went through, customer service refused to escalate the issue and said to call my bank and dispute it.”
“STUBHUB allows fraud and do not use them. I bought tickets for Taylor Swift in Portugal on 5/24 in February of 2024. Originally some strange person emailed me (how they got my email, I have no idea) saying they were the seller of the tickets and that they would not get the ticket till second week of May but would forward to me. They asked me and I also received a STUBHUB request to register with seetickets Portugal account. After going back and forth with STUBHUB (waiting hours on hold and then getting a person and call getting disconnected), them supposedly calling me back even though I have not received any calls from them, writing to the supposed seller, emailing STUBHUB few times, writing on their contact email- as of today 5/23 I neither have the tickets nor refund. Do NOT USE them. You will lose your money. FRAUD is rampant from what I now understand using their site.”

“Never again will use StubHub. I normally use other apps but decided to give StubHub a try. My tickets were advertised as box tickets but when received from the seller, the tickets did not match and were far worse than advertised. I contacted customer support and was told that I was covered under a “Fan Protection Guarantee” and to rest assured, but the agent would not offer me a refund. I was told I had to wait and see if the seller responded. I said to the agent that this would be unlikely since they just scammed me. I asked the agent if the seller had a timeframe to respond before a refund would be issued, and he said there is no timeframe, only that it would be “prior to the event.” With the event only days away, this is leaving me no time to coordinate the purchase of replacement tickets. I expressed this to the agent but was met with an unhelpful response simple replying that I was ‘covered under the Fan Protection Guarantee.” I asked the agent if they could provide me with a case or reference number in case I deal with another agent in the future, and was told no. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable business conduct and I will not be using StubHub again.”
“The absolute worst customer service experience ever. Do you even have a customer service agent in AMERICA. So frustrated. Then "all sales are final" is such a BS move, when every website has the option for the Seller to approve a cancelation. They won't even reach out to the seller. Buy at your own risk...”
“I did not do ample research before caving in and just buying the tickets. I was notified you all done, that I would receive my tickets before the concert in November; it's only May.
When I went somewhere else to shop around, I found the Tickets in the same section for half the price. They issued them immediately with the seat numbers. StubHub does not own the tickets they are selling. They are only selling you a promise.
I contacted them to cancel immediately and they have NO CANCELLATION POLICY. You can only agree to re-sell the tickets on their site again they fleece you.
Horrible, Horrible business model. It's a snare trap for their victims where you pay on the way in and more on the way out.

“Stubhub is not able to process the tickets they are transferring properly. Customer service is awful. I was told I could not re-sell my ticket because the event had already occurred. The event was two days later. Lost 400 bucks due to their poor servicing.”
