They are thieves. They ripped me off for about $500 for tickets they sold and never sent me the money. I would not recommend anybody doing business with these unethical people

Ordered ticks to see hozier in April, couldn’t go due to my father’s passing. Was told I’d get a refund. Still two months laughter and it’s in review. Trash company. I’ve called every single day since trying to get my refund and everyone is either highly rude or doesn’t speak English.

The worst customer service…would give it 0 stars if could! Don’t trust them! When I asked for a refund, more than 3 months before Rolling Stones concert after my son’s HS announced his graduation for the same day - they refused to refund my money! Even though I had NOT claimed the tickets yet. I was forced to resell them at a deep discount! They’ve lost my business.

I ordered tickets in October of 2023! On the date (one day before the event) I still HAD NOT received the tickets. The event was in June of 2024! I have been informed by 3 different people that my tickets would be available for print today at 4pm, 7pm, and 10 pm. It is now almost 8 pm the day before the event!!!! We’ve called 6-8 times today. At no time were we able to get our tickets!!! We’re hoping at 10:00 tonight we will be successful! I will NEVER do business with this company again!!!!!!!

I have had the absolute most ridiculous, awful experience using Stub Hub. I would stay as far away as possible and would not put any trust in them WHATSOEVER. I am now out $600 for an event that I am not even attending. They do not care about their customers in any way, shape or form. Steer clear! Absolutely ridiculous.

Do not use this company they are thieves and will take your money for no legitimate reason. I had to have my bank dispute a fraudulent charge beware of this company they are very unethical.

will NEVER ever use them again… bought two concert tickets a few days before the concert. each day i would get an email stating that the seller cancelled the tickets but stub hub was reaching out to get new ones.. on the day of the concert at 550pm, i received a email saying the seller canceled my tickets but stub hub would ensure my tickets arrived on time (concert started at 730). placed a phone call at 6 pm sat on hold for over 40 min only to be disconnected and therefore never got tickets because once you’re a few miles out from where my venue is, there’s no service. reached out to stubhub who said there was really nothing they could do since i reached out after the concert, even though i explained the entire timeline as stated above. spoke with them through chat and this unprofessional “ricardo” literally stated that our convo was going in circles and therefore he was disconnecting our chat. absolutely rude and unprofessional and i never got any money back. i don’t recommend them whatsoever and their “100% guarantee” is a huge scam

We spent almost $1000 on two tickets for an event 7 months in advance. Upon learning that the event DID NOT GUARANTEE US SEATS despite paying almost $500 per ticket, we decided to sell out tickets. We also learned that the tickets, paid for 7 months in advance, may not arrive by Sept 19th, at which point we would be at the event, out of state, and not able to receive them. Horrible arrangement. I spent 2 hours on the phone tonight trying to find a person who spoke clear English and who understood the policies of releasing a ticket for sale. Finally, at almost midnight, I asked for a supervisor and was told, "I don't think one will be available to pick up your call". When I asked, several times, if he meant there were no supervisors on duty, he said no, there were supervisors but "they are busy". I said I'd wait. He said I shouldn't bc they would remain busy. Repeatedly I asked if there were any supervisors even on duty, as they are a 24-hour number, and he finally admitted after 15 minutes of going round and round that NO, there aren't any supervisors on duty for the next 12 hours. The people I spoke to were unhelpful and gave conflicting information. Everyone refused to back up what they were saying with a written email. They made $350 selling me the tickets in the first place and now stand to make 15% of the value if the tickets sell. The person who buys them will also pay 10% of the sale to them. Stubhub sucks. Zero stars. Never againl

We bought two tickets to Cha Eun Woo concert for $865 plus $365 service fee for two tickets in Mexico city on 6/5. The tickets were supposed to arrived on 5/28, but it did not showed up. We have to call Stubhub several times before they contact the seller and send us the tickets. What is worse is that we told them we are flying out on 6/4 to Mexico City and that we need the tickets before we go. They told us that we need to chase after FedEx since the tickets are with FedEx. After several calls with FedEx and we have to chase after FedEx deliver truck to get the tickets before we fly out. On the day of the concert we found out that the paper tickets are no good. Lucky we found someone from the US that have the same issue that speak Spanish, and they were able to call Stubhub and get us the digital tickets after one hour of calling them. This is ridiculous that Stubhub charges almost half the price of our tickets, but did not deliver us the tickets as promised. We have to do our own chasing and lucky that we found good samaritan to help us get the correct tickets to go to the concert. Never again, we would buy anything from Stubhub. They are unreliable and charge so much with no accountability. Of course they told us that if the tickets do not get to us on time, they will refund us. We told them that we want the tickets and not the refund since we already paid for our flight and hotel to see the concert in Mexico City. I am attaching some of the chat history.

We paid $1100 for icc World Cup India pak match and didn’t receive tickets and we couldn’t go. We contacted them and they are refusing to refund.

This company is a scam. You are better off with ticket master You will get no benefit off this company. The tickets are priced the same it serves absolutely no purpose whatsoever and they will rob you if you try to sell tickets with them. Avoid.

Would highly recommend nobody to order tickets of StubHub purchase five tickets for the 7th of June for Morgan Wallen give me three of those tickets for the 6th of June and the other two for the 7 of June and they said they were not refund me they are not very helpful on the phone so I will request a refund from my bank they have refunded me do not buy your tickets from here just paid a little bit extra at Ticketmaster

If I could give zero stars I would. They provided the seller the wrong email address to send the tickets to. Then send the tickets could not be sent to my email address bc they were already sent to am email address (which did not exist). They said there was absolutely nothing they could do after spending hours on the phone with them. Traveled internationally, spent $400 on tickets I didn't get, and missed the event. Absolutely TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

My review for StubHub is a -0 which is listed. This company is a Hugh rip off and can't be trusted. StubHub say they are a 3rd party company and once they receive your funds they won't return them no matter what.

We ordered tickets to a show in the spheres in Las Vegas . Paid online, however stubhub did not send the tickets via email. SH kept saying they did and could not send it again, and this was 48 hrs out , on the day of the show still no tickets, and SH did not contact us on the status, like they said . 30 min before show SH said just go to the sphere and pick it up… wtf. The person who sold the ticket could be reach and customer svc person sounded like he was in India. What a cluster … we opt for a refund online and dunno how that’ll turn out . When things go wrong SH customer svc cannot help you out . What a waste of time . Never will use them again

Horrible experience. Bought tickets in NOVEMBER as a gift. Tickets were said to be not valid at venue- JiffyLube in Bristol VA. Terrible service. Multiple agents. Said there was a failure at venue. Will never use StubHub again. Used live chat multiple times as well as calls

Purchased tickets for the Eric Andre show for about $200, and I got my email with my code for the tickets. Went to put in the code and had my tickets in my account. I get to the doors of the venue, after driving about 2 hours out of my way, just for the tickets to not be in my account. I purchased two other tickets after the stubhub ones the same day I got the stubhub ones, so I brought two extra friends (4 of us total). Scanned their tickets from ticket master, and when I went to find mine and my husband’s on stubhub they couldn’t be found; my friend ended up purchasing me and my husband a last minute ticket right outside the venue so we didn’t waste two hours of driving there and two hours driving home. Since sales are final, I won’t be getting my $200 back, and I’ve learned I’ll never ever in a million years use them again or recommend them to a friend. Unreliable, a scam, and not worth the hassle…if I’m going to be f***** by a ticket company, then it’ll be ticket master; rather pay their fees than to be shafted tickets

Sold ticket for concert June 6 on StubHub website. When I received ticket e-mail for ticket it was for Oct 1. Called StubHub they confirmed I had purchased a ticket for June 6 but the had no responsibility and would not issue a refund although there website offers 100% refund if the tickets arent delivered ... They said there was no responsibility for the wrong date being posted on there website
