“I would give 0 stars if I could. XDP delivered a high value package ordered from Wayfair to the wrong address 100 metres down the road. There was no support to speak with so I spent 45 mins locating it myself. The package was 40kg in weight and I have bruises down my arm from carrying it 100 metres back to the correct address. This was all careless and unacceptable and I will never never order from anywhere that uses this company as a delivery partner again.”
“Worst company I've ever dealt with. They have sent 4 pre delivery alerts for 4 different days and nothing has arrived. I've wasted 2 days annual leave from work to ensure someone was in to receive the package. The tracking app is a waste of time and there is no way to contact the company other than being trapped in a constant loop or have the phone cut off after 10 minutes of waiting. Why on earth does Aldi use this company !!”

“Awful. Delivery slot given for Thursday afternoon, nothing arrived despite me arranging by day around their given slot. Friday morning my package had been delivered somewhere so spend the rest do the day trying to contact them. Can’t phone them, live chat doesn’t work and they don’t respond to emails.
Wayfair advised me that it had been delivered to the wrong place so they would try again Tuesday. Thursday to Tuesday? Why are companies using XDP?”

“If I could leave minus stars I would. I have ordered several items from Aldi and each time they have been sent via XDP they have not arrived when scheduled. One driver even claimed he had tried to deliver and we weren’t in - we were and we have CCTV and a video doorbell. Don’t rely on them to do what they say as you will be let down.”

“Seller's chosen delivery agent. Got a tracking number from XDP which said delivery would be between 9.50am and 11.50am. When no delivery by 3.30pm tried to contact XPD. Calls charged at 7p/min but phoned anyway. Customer service line message said they could not respond to enquiries about individual deliveries....what the **** are you there for then? Messaged them via their web site link, no reply. Clicked on their 'live chat' link, nothing happened. Still don't know where my item is or when it will be delivered. What are these people doing in business?”
“AVOID THIS COMPANY! Purchased items online on 23rd April 2021 and XDP were the seller's chosen courier. Items due to arrive 27th April . . . nothing. XDP then provided 3 further delivery dates via email (no personal contact to explain delays) but failed to deliver on all 3 dates. I eventually cancelled my order with the seller as there seemed to be no prospect of it being delivered and no way to contact XDP by phone. XDP are RUBBISH!!! I will avoid them at all costs if I ever come into contact with them again in future.”
“Still waiting for my delivery I got a text today at 10.30 whilst I was at work on a Friday saying my delivery was going to come between 3.10 and 5.10 so cleared an early finish with my boss and it never came 👎 went on to there app drivers location is unavailable and so is live chat 😂 a mean (WHAT)”

I had a parcel delivered was meant to be two boxes I only received one of those it wasn’t even delivered to my door but left at my close to find out one box was reported missing and the box I did receive was damaged to then almost 2 weeks letter having my second parcel delivered the courier did the same just left it at my close with a text saying it was there. I think if this service is being used then they should definitely deliver it to the door and not just left where anyone can take it.”

0 star! Worse company to have ever existed in the history of courier companies. This is a ghost company. You cant contact their customer service, and if you ring their number you get charge 7p! Per minute. And no one answers so thats another way for them to get money.
My item has been on their delivery depot for 4 weeks and not being shipped.
Got a message from the seller that XDP lost my parcel! How the F*** can you lose a 200kg crate!
Its been more than a month now and still waiting. Do not use this company and avoid at all cost!”
“Straight from the off the service was absolutely shocking. There is no clear way to contact XPD, they charge a premium rate to try and phone them (to which they don’t answer, conveniently) and their live chat/email is clearly just not monitored. The app is designed extremely poorly and the company overall seems absolutely abysmal. Save yourself the money and do not use this poorly run company. We purchased a bed through groupon and they use XPD for the delivery, to say I wish we hadn’t bought the bed in the first place could not be more of an understatement. We are still missing the second part of the delivery which has a majority of the parts and I assume the instructions... the parts we have received are damaged. I urge anyone reading to steer well clear of XPD and to use literally any other delivery company.”
