Yodel have given me a time frame between 7pm and 9pm which is super late for a weekday. I have children and a job which I have to get up early for instead I’m staying up late due to yodel driver not being able to deliver my parcel in time frame. The yodel driver was near my house so many times and decided to at the other side of my city instead of going to mine which I find very much unacceptable. It’s currently 2 hours later after my delivery time frame and my parcel still hasn’t arrived and it is actually starting to annoy me very much. I do NOT recommend this company they take forever to deliver a simple small parcel! If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give 0 I would. Dreadful firm and totally unreliable - my parcels are repeatedly out for delivery and end up back at the depot. No excuse for this

The box was opened and the Ipad was stolen thanks to your courier, thanks to your service for the empty package you brought, I will never use your services and will not recommend to others.

Dreadful courier and I will never use them again. I left clear instructions for the driver to collect a parcel from my front doorstep. He totally ignored these, walked down my driveway and took a brand new item from my property worth £126. I have reported this to Yodel via their online chat, which was hopeless and all they do is copy and paste a script. I then reported it to their CEO complaints team, along with CCTV images of their driver removing the item, and again they couldn’t care less. They didn’t even bother to address their response to me! I have since had people try to buy items from me wanting to use Yodel and I cancel their orders as I refuse to use them ever again. Worst customer service I have ever known and I don’t know how they can get away with blatant theft.

Every time yodel delivers my parcels they have either been weeks late or have gone missing. Terrible company and lie about delivery. They even lied saying my mums large parcel was posted through the letter box even though they did not even get picked up on the ring doorbell and has still not been delivered 2 weeks after they were supposed to deliver it. Awful service.

My step daughter ordered a union jack dress for her daughter for v e day for school the courier drivers they had delivered the parcel outside main door of the wrong flats and drove off the dress wasn't cheap either when we tried sorting it out with Yodel it was a complete and utter waste of time

I had three items 'delivered' yesterday to what the driver recorded as 'your safe place; front porch'. For that read propped against the front door in full view of anyone walking past, in anything but a safe place. The suggestion was 'my' safe place and yet it wasn't nominated by me. Sadly I have no choice about the use of Yodel as this was arranged by the sender of the item(s), but I would not trust this carrier.

Yodel is terrible sent me 2 hour slot in the morning and never arrived. Changed to a 2 hour slot in the evening and still hasn't arrived terrible couriers companies need to stop using them absolute shambles.

One of the worst delivery services in the UK. I had very bad experience receiving parcels from Yodel. Delivery guy not finding the address, missing parcels and parcel delivering on a wrong address. As a delivery person one should take at least some efforts to find a address instead of delivering a parcel at wrong address. A one star review even not worth to give. Delivery guy delivered the parcel on someone else's front door and posted a picture on Yodel Tracking App.

I accidentally paid twice to send a parcel ..filled out a refund request form Thinking it would be sorted easily. Heard nothing back sent many emails all ignored tried calling could not speak to a human. Really bad experience and out of pocket.

Selected Yodel as courier for Vinted parcels. On both occasions when I've been in all day an alleged "delivery" has been made. No ring on the door. No proof of delivery. No parcel received. Don't use Yodel if you want to actually receive your parcels.

Ordered 1 item through Wren's. It didn't arrive the first delivery date and although the tracker said it was being delivered the following day. I waited in for 2 days. Got a call from Wren's a few days later to say it had been left with my neighbour. No it hadn't. I was at work and had no Idea they were delivering that day. I rang Wren's to order another item and then on the correct day both items turned up. Yodel said they would email me back within 24 hours but they never did. Hopeless company.

Your delivery system is totally hopeless and useless if I had my way I would never use your services ever again I was expecting a delivery yesterday and the person who delivered it left it outside the communal door which is accessible to everyone and it said left in a safe place, some safe place that is I haven’t received my parcel I think it’s been stolen because it wasn’t left at my front door but outside a public door used by the entire block now I fear it’s been taken by a random person I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use this company it’s one of the worst ever

it’s now a week late. told it would be delivered 5 days ago. then the day after and it repeated throughout the week. talked to the live chat 3 times “no delivery attempt has been made” then today, it said it would be delivered and then said “we need more information about your address for the SECOND time despite me updating it twice. told they would send me an email, it never came. they said i can rest assured and the delivery will be attempted in the next 24 hours. so i’m gonna sit outside and wait all day tomorrow and record their stupid lies and if they don’t show, threaten them with legal action. i’m gonna email the company i bought from and ask for a refund if it doesn’t show as well because this is atrocious. don’t use this delivery service, always search what delivery service companies are using and avoid yodel.

Absolutely abysmal, if I could rate them minus stars I would. Every single time I purchase anything and find Yodel is the courier I know immediately I'm going to have issues, they should not be allowed to trade. Always late, never get parcel the day it's due,always have to go through stressful web chats trying to trace parcel, often had parcels go missing completely! Here I am yet again, parcel due yesterday, tracking says arriving today, now 21-30 in the evening and it clearly isn't coming today. Please, please do not use this company!!!!! DREADFUL

I paid a company extra for a named day delivery as I have lots of appointments/commitments at present and this was the one day I could be available all day. I watched the driver journey and when I was one stop away I started to look out of the window. It didn’t arrive and when I checked my phone a message had been logged 6 minutes previously stating I needed to ‘chat’ with them as they needed extra delivery address information. I logged onto ’chat’ and was advised the person was available. I messaged but received no reply, even when I queried if they were there. I then looked up Yodel telephone number. The automatic ‘bot’ didn’t recognise anything I was saying and I got put through to a foreign call centre. I explained my predicament several times and asked that the delivery be reattempted today, repeatedly told not possible. Offered alternative dates (they don’t do bank holiday or Sunday) but I couldn’t guarantee I would be available for the entirety of the 4-hour slot. I finally agreed they could re-try in a whole week’s time but I still couldn’t guarantee I would be available for the whole of the 10-2 slot. I asked if I could be placed first delivery on other days when I could be in, or last delivery today. Repeatedly told not possible for them to re-deliver within 24 hours (despite it being in the area and on the van!!) I ring the sender to request refund of named-day delivery payment and explained the issue. They checked and confirmed that the driver was nowhere near my property when he advised me could not find it - disgraceful. I have been provided a small voucher from the sender for future use, but if they continue to use Yodel I will not use them again. Sorry sender, but every other delivery company finds us perfectly well.

Our neighbours literally saw the delivery guy take our item out of the box and leave the empty box, running off with the blind. He was gone in a flash. Luckily we caught him on CCTV. PayPal refunded immediately in full. Can’t believe these thieves exist.
