“On the initial phone call I was very impressed. Just a basic quote for car insurance. It was great to speak to someone from the area where I live and to be able to drop into the local branch. Highly recommend the Banbury branch, and will be using more in the future.”

“When I rang regarding a quote for wedding cover, I was told a flat price of £26 per wedding. When I rang back two months later to book one, I was told there was an extra £10 administration fee on top. I'll be going elsewhere for my next policy thank you.”
