“Found taking out an insurance with A plan easy,the person I dealt with was extremely pleasant and helpful explaining everything to me clearly, unlike other companies he didn't rush me,made sure I was happy with the details of the policy I was buying. “As one of my domestic insurance policies was nearing its renewal date rather than buying immediately into all those TV advertising campaigns where we are told to believe in the honesty and integrity of a bunch of fury critters or the somewhat annoying tones of both the opera based sales-pitch or the gimmicky robot character I decided to conduct a brief web-search of my own! Considering all the potential alternatives I called the A-Plan team to explore what options they might propose for me to move away from my current provided? From the very first words spoken....'which by the way, did not originate from another continent!' I've found the entire experience to-date has been simple to understand and clearly articulated. The most surprising outcome which for me was the icing on the cake in addition to the logical rational as to why A-Plan would take care of my needs better than others in this space was the the price competitiveness of the policy offered. So far the service has been outstanding from my first inquiry call 2 months ago to where I find myself today......obviously I hope I never have to test the strength of cover the policy provides but I do feel confident that I won't be let down by those at A-Plan should such a situation ever arise.”

“I haven't used a broker for a number of years due to online services "being easier". Actually I found this a lot easier and ended up saving money on both my car and life insurance products. Slightly disappointed in terms of responsiveness since I had asked to be called after work and got 2-3 calls during work before the message landed!”
