“Chap in the office gave me a deal better than other online quotes, honoured my wife as a named driver on my insurance toward no claims bonus (others did not), included uninsured driver cover and depreciation enhancement. This experience showed that the internet is not always cheaper and you get the insurance certificate there an then. Pleasantly surprised and pleased. Would use them future quotes.”

“We have taken out buildings and contents insurance plus car insurance with A-plan. The service has been great, and when you phone a person answers the phone! I know that does sound somewhat obvious, but you talk to someone without having to navigate endless menus which never actually have the menu option you want. Not only did I speak directly with someone, but they dealt with my query quickly and knowledgeably. A-plan will be at the top of our list to contact for any other insurance we may need.”

“After taking out a policy with A-plan and reading through the proposal that I was sent I rang to query a few points. I was then informed that the policy didn't actually cover half the things I'd originally requested. After a reasonably lengthy telephone conversation I was told that I would then be sent an amended proposal, a covering letter detailing what had been agreed with the underwritter and a copy of our telephone conversations . This was over a fortnight ago and I have still received nothing to date. Not a very confidence inspiring experience so far.”
