“Probably would have rated "very good" but I attended APlan on the recommendation of my son who has a policy with you . It was promised that he would receive a £20 voucher but nearly a month later nothing was forthcoming . I was obliged to call in again only to be told that the voucher had somehow not been processed . No doubt my son will now receive it but the matter did mean an unnecessary visit .”

“Have been an A plan customer for several years but changed branches this year. The service changes were smooth and efficient. Staff at Newport and Eastleigh helpful and polite, it is good to know that if something goes wrong I have their help and expertise to call on.”
