“on initial contact with A-Plan, I found them to be very helpful with my quotation as I was new to the type of cover I required. the correspondence upon taking out the cover has been very good also and I would recommend to friends in future”

“I found taking out a new policy was very quick and simple with A-Plan. I was particularly impressed as it was for a rare imported vehicle. Chris Chalk was extremely helpful and very easy to talk to. I will be bringing more business to A-Plan.”

“An easy experience, to change from existing insurance company to APlan. All staff involved were very helpful and business-like. Pleased with the thought that each year there will be a review at renewal time and not just a "taken for granted you will renew" attitude that has been experienced with other companies.”

“Highly recommended. Pleasant to deal with, quick and efficient in their pre-sales, getting the right policy and back-up afterwards. They beat all the comparison sites by many tens of pounds and got me a top quality insurance for lower cost than economy policies. Then negotiated a further discount. I shall be asking A-Plan to quote for all our policies as they reach renewal date.”

“Wonderful service. I am profoundly deaf so need face to face contact so that I can lip read. Your sales person provided this level of service in a professional manner. It is now my intention to take out my home insurance whe it becomes due for renewal in July but I will only deal with the same person because of his high level of customer care.”
