“Some of my requests and in general trying to find the best quote for my circumstances was a bit fiddly. In addition, my lack of expertise in the whole arena of health insurance did not help. Andrew Davey was brilliant in his knowledge and ability to find the best possible approach for my individual situation. At times he went faster than I was able to keep up, but if I asked for a repeat or a slower explanation, he was more than happy to accommodate. He also was 100% resilient in his willingness to repeat things to me until their true meaning had set in. Overall, a top notch operators!”

“Our customer consultant, Sian Kerslake, found us a better deal than just renewing the existing policy with AXA/PPP. She showed good awareness of our needs and good knowledge of the market.”

“James gave us an excellent service on our health insurance renewal - very clearly explained the options available in the market and saved us money for a very similar level of cover. He was never to "salesy" and didn't put us under pressure to make a decision. Overall a very good experience.”
