“Insurance is about protection and trust. I made a purchase on the website and I waited. Some days later someone called to ask why if I wanted any more information as I hadn't made a purchase. Again I purchased the insurance product I wanted and nothing further was heard... Then I made a purchase by speaking with an agent and this time I got an email saying here is your quote. Again not the assurance I wanted from buying and insurance product. Still no confirmation of purchase and still not insurance documentation. So who knows if I'm actually covered?! Its a joke! Will not use again”

“Very please that I was given the best quote for my Heath Insurance and an extra 5% to boot with my present insurance company AVIVA!”

“Health care insurance these days is a lottery with many providers reliant on externally owned contact centres and customer care centres that treat clients like supermarket customers at a checkout . Active quote are different - they are strongly client orientated with a real desire to manage the best deal for the client and equally importantly to deliver an after sales service which is personalised and which I found were interested in providing good solutions for the clients concerns . Lets hope they don't get too big in the future and lose the motivated staff that drives this business.”

“why are minor illnesses and discomforts that last from a few days to a week or two still included years and years later even though no claims have ever been made for them (nor for anything else) very frustrating As I have never made any claim in all the years I have been with them I cannot comment on that side of things”

“Kim was very helpfull and patient, I had a few clarifications before I would renew and she answered them promptly which helped my decision making. She also kept following me up as I am very hard to get....persistence paid off, thanks!”
