“Very impressed with how helpful Jason was. I seldom respond on questionnaires like this and it is pretty much unheard of for me to give anyone full marks (nil or virtually so being what makes me more likely to bother to complete one)”

“I found the company very helpful. The gentleman I spoke to was extremely courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. What he didn't know he found out and rang me back. He made sure we were covered in the way we wanted and helped us to keep within our target budget.............What more could we ask?”

“Michael Rix was excellent and impartial with his advice - so much so, that after going directly to the WPA website and calling their sales team - just for further confirmation - I came back to Michael for him to take the actual sale. Usually I am sceptic of brokers and have had high charges added simply for buying through them, so it was refreshing that your team don't do that, I just needed proof. So - make it more prominent on your site or via reviews that you don't charge the customer for your service. Many thanks Michael.”
