“Excellent service and follow up by Active Quote and their consultant Michael Rix. They listened carefully to the (many) questions we had and found the best product to match our needs, and at a great price. Highly recommended.”

“ActiveQuote were extremely easy to work with and quickly and efficiently sorted out the best option of health cover for me. I was switching from AXAPPP due to what I considered to be now exorbitant and continual increasing costs year on year and ActiveQuote secured a much better cover for me. Lance in particular was extremely helpful with sound advice.”

“Having spoken to several companies we received the best information and advice from this one. The adviser listened and asked questions so that he could fully understand our needs and suggest the best policy to meet these . He was extremely patient and nothing was too much trouble. We will recommend to others .”

“I'm not sure what the broker adds to this process. My premiums continue to rise with insufficient explanation. Most questions are referred to the insurer. I do not believe that the broker was on my side. Communication seemed difficult. Holidays on my part and a local fire on yours did not help. Timed call backs did not happen. Email could have been used to better effect. As a broker there are are policy providers that you do not deal with e.g. Saga. This limits you effectiveness On the positive side Kim remained pleasant and willing to help despite my obvious irritation”

“I am not sure what active quote do for me, I deal directly with Bupa. I have had no contact at all with Active Quote when renewing my health insurance”

“1. Renewal agent at activequote sat on the renewal quote from Aviva for several weeks bringing me very close to renewal date. 2. Asserted he had tried to contact me - no record - not true. 3. Complacent about Aviva's 40% increase, just wanted me to renew; made scant effort to obtain better quotes. 4. Failed to draw attention to Aviva's omission to send me health questionnaire; completing it secured 10%+ discount. 5. Still got the final quote wrong at the end of all this. In brief, completely useless. Agents in prior years much better.”
