They are proper amateurs. They show items available, take your money but don’t deliver or have the courtesy to help. Will NOT use or recommend Stay away

This company should be taken to court for their disgusting avoidance of responsibility for sending out faulty goods not fit for purpose. I would avoid them at all costs - their cheap prices are a guise for peddling worthless stock. They have no returns policy covering faulty products - once items are delivered, it is yours forever whether it works or not. The only time they will accept a return is if the item is delivered by the courier in damaged condition - presumably because they can charge the courier for the loss. Their customer service team is trained to fob you off with circular emails and numerous silly requests for photos and descriptions. When you get fed up with the time wasting while you try to run a real business, and ask to speak to a manager, you are told they are in a meeting - forever apparently. I've only spent £40 this time and don't have the time to pursue them in court after they rejected my claim for a refund through my credit card company. Buy from them at your own risk. Adexa, you will not last long with your ethos.

Unbelievable!!! I have just written this to Adexa after 21 days of mindless, fruitless complaints to an inept Customer Care (?) department ! They have just responded with the following message: "Thanks for your email, I will remind you that your are a registered business and therefore not covered under any form of consumer law so unfortunately this legalisation does not apply to you " UNBELIEVEABLE! I am writing with regards the Professional Glass Front Wine Cooler 130L Black/Silver| Adexa AXW130I purchased from you on 31 January 2022 for £286.80 which is not fit for the purpose due to the following problems: The item is unusable as the handle cannot be attached to the body of the wine cooler due to the following reason: There is a small black ‘holding’ screw that requires removal to enable the handle to be fixed in place. This screw has sheared off (either in the factory or during delivery) and is lodged in the fridge door so I am unable to attach the handle to the fridge. I have sent both pictures of the door /screw and a detailed explanation to your Customer Care Service on numerous occasions requiring action / resolution to this issue commencing 4 February 2022. To date the only assistance or response I have received from Adexa Customer Care Service other than “this has been passed over to the correct team to follow up and you will receive a response when they have had a chance to review this,” was a link to a “YouTube” video showing me how to remove a broken thread /screw and a suggestion that I could do this myself! Apart from this ridiculous DIY suggestion from Adexa Customer Care Service (which had I attempted to do, would have invalidated any guarantee), Adexa has done nothing to resolve this issue 17 days since first brought to your attention.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Bad product and disgraceful customer service, will find anyway to avoid fixing or replacing product avoid at all costs

Bought 2 hand wash sinks. Sinks i recieved were different shape to what was shown on the advert and of very poor quality!! I confronted adexa with photographic evidence and asked if i can return the items on the basis of wrong advertisement and unsatisfied with the quality..they said i couldn't return the items! Avoid these cowboys!!!!

Advertised item what they don’t have in stock. When call for item very rude staff hanged phone on me. Already used my money for 2 weeks now offering refund which will take further 2 weeks. Absolutely poor service and delivery happened twice to me. You got have manners to listen the complaints if you are in business.

Shocking company selling dangerous goods! I have bought an air fryer that has caught fire almost causing a house fire!!! I recorded a video and send it to the company who REFUSED to refund and recall the product! This is putting peoples lives at risk! Ruthless disgusting company! Stay away from them,you have been warned.

Sent one damaged product and one different from the one advertised on their website. They then said that the photos of their website are only to show how the products SHOULD more or less look like but they may not be like in the photo. Like the item I received was different from the photo and they want me to pay to return the item, although they sent me an item DIFFERENT from the one I purchased on their website.

Items coming with missing parts - 2 months after not recovered. Item not coming in 2 months, had to find another solution after many request and being told tomorrow tomorrow tomorrow. The moment we decide to cancel they say it is dispatch and they want to charge 25% of the item and delivery at our charge when obviously no solution from their side. Customer service absolutely broken record and zero accountability and empathy as well as not listening. Asking for the Xth time the same thing.

Patio heater exploded when turned on and tripped the main circuit. They demand engineer assessment then video evidence before addressing any refund. Consumer rights legislation does not seem to mean anything to them. Avoid at you peril!!

Purchased a pressure cooker from them after 2 weeks it has come up with an error massage phoned to ask there advice and was told that we only have 14 days warranty on the product so we will have to get our own engineer to find the fault and all they will supply is the part. This company are not reputable!!!

Worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with! Wrong item sent, and now saying it could take several weeks to send the right item! We are now without a fridge coming up to a busy weekend, and have the wrongly delivered item in our function area ahead of several parties this weekend with nowhere to store it! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Avoid at all costs. I wish I’d read all the negative reviews before purchasing anything from them. They sent us the wrong item and are now refusing to accept a return and/or send of them item we actually ordered. Eloise, the Customer Care Team Leader Adexa Direct, is both rude and unprofessional. I don’t think I’ve ever been treated this badly by a company. Definitely the last time we ever purchase anything from them.

Absolutely shocking company to deal with, ordered about 4k worth of items in September 2021 followed by 3 months worth of chasing due to wrong items sent out by Adexa, which was a inconvenience in itself, but the most frustrating part is at the time of order adexa had a 10% discount that should’ve been applied at checkout, the discount was never applied but adexa promised this would be sorted, I’ve chased with about 20 emails and after 4 months of waiting frankly I’ve had enough, the service and communications is the worse I’ve ever seen by a company, the response is constantly got is the refund is still being looked into, last time I checked, it’s not very hard to process a refund but for adexa it clearly is.. I would highly recommend NOT to ever use this company, pay more and go elsewhere but please avoid this company at all costs

Would give minus stars if I could. Absolute sham of a company who couldn’t be any less customer centred. Received damaged goods and they frankly do not want to know. Now stuck with a dented unit which looks horrible.

Order a saucepan cost 99.00, when it was delivered it is way too big. Tried to return and told I have to return at my own costs and there will be a 25% restocking fee. No this wasn’t obvious when ordering from them. Disgusting as I wanted to exchange also. Beware of this company

Do not touch this company. Total shits !! Goods not fit for purpose !! We brought a cooker range they said the value was £4000-00 !! Didn't pay that because of their advertising gimmick !! We have it for 5 months !!! It's absolutely rubbish !! Not once have they got back too us !!! Their address is a farm !!! Just Please don't touch them !!!
