“I was very happy with the delivery time, but received the wrong product, very disappointing customer support,they asked for a picture of what I received, I sent a picture of what I ordered and the different product numbers but they tell me that it’s the same product? Very disappointed.”

“Placed an order with ATMS paying additional for Express Post and Handling. An expectation of 2-3 days delivery, including Covid-19 delays, as per the ATMS website. Two weeks on, the order has not arrived. Follow up phone calls not returned. Very slow to reply to emails. Unsatisfactory outcome of emails. Extremely unlikely to ever deal with ATMS again.”
