Hiya! Thanks for leaving us a review. I can see that you sent us an email on 15/12/2022 about returning the wrong coloured item you received! We replied on the 20/12/2022 asking for a photo of what you were sent and didn't receive a reply - no worries though! This is usually because of our company name including "adult toy", so emails automatically get sorted into spam folders. So sorry this has happened to you! :)

“Products come in a packaging that's not sealed, looks dirty and dusty. Highly doubtful of hygiene, not sure if I should use it even after washing. Feels soft but smells like terrible plastic.”
