A lot of the time our emails get sorted directly into people's spam folders due to our company name - so it's very easy to miss our emails. I hope this has cleared things up! 😊

We replied on the 20/12/2022 asking for a photo of what you were sent and didn't receive a reply - no worries though! This is usually because of our company name including "adult toy", so emails automatically get sorted into spam folders. So sorry this has happened to you! :)
