We replied on the 20/12/2022 asking for a photo of what you were sent and didn't receive a reply - no worries though! “Products come in a packaging that's not sealed, looks dirty and dusty. Highly doubtful of hygiene, not sure if I should use it even after washing. Feels soft but smells like terrible plastic.”
