“Terrific variety of products extremely happy with what was purchased plus delivery time was truly exceptional ( 4-5 days delivered to door ). Have purchased from another adult company on the same day and still waiting for delivery it’s been 2 weeks so far and have had no Correspondence from them even after I left them emails regarding my delivery

“customer service is terrible doesn't check emails much, wait time is over 24hrs or more just to have 1 question answered and when i get email reply back sometimes its rude answer seems the staff don't make an effort to reply back to customers and when the staff does its rude , and no apologies no explanation for late reply seems theres no compassion actually. so terrible service need more staff on to check emails on daily basis if possible”
