“They're fine. Orders come from NZ not AU as the url would imply, and their "loyalty dollars" expire so are mostly useless unless you're rich enough to order often enough to use them before they expire, in which case you probably don't need them. Would be nice to be able to save them up for a while, especially since they can't be used alongside offers.
Also, orders consistently arrive damaged and look to have been damaged before shipping so not sure what exactly is going on in their warehouse, it's as bad as Zing. Luckily it's only crushed boxes and the items are intact but still not ideal (especially when the item has a hygiene seal, but the box was crushed so the seal was moot).”
