“My compensation was payed within 2 months after the start. Although the fee for AirAdvisor is a little high, I'm glad I received some compensation. Don't know if this would have been the case if I would have had to do all this on my own. So, thank you!”

Ciao Enrica, grazie per il tuo feedback. Vorremmo chiarire il calcolo del tuo risarcimento. La distanza del tuo volo era di 6.409,17 km. Ai sensi del Regolamento (CE) n. 261/2004 del Parlamento europeo e del Consiglio dell'11 febbraio 2004, gli importi dei risarcimenti sono fissati come segue: 250 EUR per tutti i voli di 1.500 km o meno 400 EUR per tutti i voli intracomunitari di oltre 1.500 km e per tutti gli altri voli tra 1.500 km e 3.500 km 600 EUR per tutti i voli che non rientrano nelle categorie sopra indicate (cioè oltre 3.500 km) Nel Suo caso, il risarcimento applicabile è di 600 EUR per passeggero. Tuttavia, La preghiamo di notare che il risarcimento è stato ridotto del 50% poiché il Suo arrivo alla destinazione finale ha subito un ritardo inferiore a 4 ore rispetto all'orario di arrivo originariamente previsto. Tale adeguamento è pienamente conforme al regolamento per i voli superiori a 3.500 km. Di conseguenza, la compagnia aerea ha pagato 300 EUR per passeggero, che è l'importo che abbiamo ricevuto nel Suo caso. Comprendiamo che ciò possa essere deludente, ma l'importo è rigorosamente determinato dalla normativa europea e non può essere aumentato oltre quanto consentito dal regolamento.
