Trvanie vybavovania reklamácie však, žiaľ, nie je vždy v našich rukách. Ak letecká spoločnosť odmietne spolupracovať alebo neodpovie v požadovanej lehote, môže byť potrebné postúpiť prípad na súdne konanie. Súdne konania zvyčajne trvajú podstatne dlhšie ako bežné reklamácie, keďže závisia od harmonogramov a postupov súdov a právnych zástupcov leteckej spoločnosti. Pokiaľ ide o poplatok, jeho zvýšenie súviselo s prechodom Vášho prípadu do súdnej fázy. Súdne konania si vyžadujú dodatočnú právnu prácu, náklady a riziká, preto sa na ne vzťahuje odlišná štruktúra poplatkov.
