“Some feedback: improve transparency in the additional legal process. It takes a big extra portion of the potential payout. So extra clarity on what exactly justifies this in terms of added work by external lawyers would be valuable.”

“I pointed out to the consultant that my claim was more than just a delayed flight. I had upgraded my seat from economy to business. Because the flight out of Gothenburg was delayed I missed the connection to Johannesburg which apart from being bumped back to economy, my car hire and hotel voutours were declined because the respective companies could not reemburs the lost day. After receiving notification of the payout, i noticed that I was not refunded the business class portion. I contacted Air France and was told that my case was closed so I have lost the refund.”
