The Court of Justice of the European Union ruled that a passenger may be entitled to compensation when arriving at their final destination with a delay of more than 3 hours. In your case, the arrival at the final destination was at 23:40 on 23 December 2025, which represents a total delay of 1 hour and 5 minutes. As this delay does not exceed the 3-hour threshold established under the regulation, it does not qualify for compensation under the applicable legal framework. Después de mas de 2 años se ha conseguido la indemnizacion. La aerolinea TAP impresentable. Por su culpa he recibido el 50% de la indemnización, si hubieran pagado antes habría cobrado mas.
