“My flight got delayed and I ended up missing an important event, I didn’t have a clue on how to file an appeal or deal with these things. I quickly registered on AirAdvisor without giving it too much thought and kind of forgot about it. I would receive some notification from time to time but I would mostly ignore them. But surprisingly, 2 years letter, the case was closed and I managed to get some money back. They were super helpful in every step.”

“Det var en fin oplevelse- det var nemt. Lad være med at tage andre da de ofte tager gebyrer for ingenting. Jeg vil ikke nævne navne, men læs reglerne grundigt igennem. Airadvisor skal selvfølgelig også have penge for deres ydelse og det er helt ok.”
