We are pleased to inform you that your claim has been accepted. It has already been sent to the airline, and we are currently waiting for their official response. Unfortunately, the response time depends on the airline, and we cannot speed up their internal processing. We understand that filling out a form might sometimes feel a bit long, especially when you're already dealing with the stress of a disrupted flight. However, we'd like to take a moment to explain why our process is designed the way it is and how we aim to keep it as simple and efficient as possible for our clients. Our claim flow consists of only 10 steps, and the majority of these simply involve selecting the correct option from a list. This means there’s very little typing or complex information required. Most users are able to complete the entire process in just 5 to 7 minutes, and we believe this is a fair time investment considering that, once submitted, AirAdvisor takes care of the rest — no more paperwork or follow-ups for you. At the start, we only request the essential documents, such as a passport or ID, your flight ticket, or booking confirmation. These are required to validate your claim and initiate the process with the airline. In some cases, the airline may request additional documentation. When that happens, we reach out to you with clear instructions and do our best to assist and guide you through every step. We want to emphasize that we are here to help you save time, avoid frustration, and increase your chances of getting compensated. Many people give up or are denied when they go directly to the airline — that’s where we step in to fight for your rights. “Je trouve que c'était assez simple d'introduire une demande d'indemnisation ou de remboursement. J'espère que la compagnie en tort va rembourser mon ticket avec indemnisation car ce matin je devais enterrer mon papa. Et pour ne pas payer de taxi j'étais à l'aéroport déjà à 00h30 le 13/06. Donc j'ai entendu des heures et raté l'enterrement. Je suis fou de rage. J'espère que AirAdvisor les fera payer leurs erreurs. Merci à toute l'équipe de AirAdvisor.”
